Classes currently include Beginner, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Flow, and Vinyasa/Pilates. The space is comfortable, with a beautiful original mural as a focal point on one wall. The studio offers the usual bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and loaner mats. The studio is quiet (no normal street noise can be heard, although the very occasional fire truck may go by) and the music that accompanies the lessons is in the background but all around you, thanks to the great sound system. Co-owner Kellee is a gem of a yoga instructor -- challenging yet caring, focused yet nurturing. She has taught in several other studios (I have taken lessons from her for four years or so) as well as yoga classes in corporate settings. Kellee customizes her lessons to fit the students' abilities and needs. Alternative versions of postures and poses are introduced as the session progresses to aid those who may have difficulty with the "right" way to achieve the position. She keeps your mind on controlled breathing, focused attention, and peace in the knowledge that you are perfect in the moment, even if you cannot sustain a balance pose as long as everyone else. By the time the class is over, your mind is refreshed, your body renewed, and for the moment peace is restored in a tumultuous world. I have taken classes in other studios from other instructors, and while each teacher brings something that I can learn and take to heart, I have found no classes to compare with those I have shared with Kellee. Not only are they great yoga -- flexibility, strength, balance, mind, body spirit -- they are also a great workout. That's why I drive 30 minutes each way for her classes, and have done so for years as she has taught in other studios. Now that she is part of a partnership in her own space, I know that I have a yoga home. May you find yours as well.

I came to Precision Clinical Bodywork specifically for Kellen's Manual Lymphatic Drainage, as part of my recovery. Two sessions in, and my Garmin data shows a clear pattern -- noticeably better sleep on the second night after each session. Kellen is warm, skilled, and explains everything clearly -- important when you're in recovery. At my first visit she spent extra time afterward, completely unprompted, walking me through additional recovery resources. I tipped accordingly. Tips: 1-Save the chatting for after the session -- every minute spent talking beforehand is time you don't get on the table. 2-Ask about packages before booking to save significantly. 3-They're a medical facility, so they accept HSA/FSA cards, and they'll give you detailed receipts for possible insurance reimbursement with a doctor's order. Four stars for me because, when you're already paying for a premium service, the session should cover what's therapeutically indicated rather than upselling add-ons -- especially ones with no additional supply cost. If I need the scar remodeling or the facial MLD or anything else that doesn't cost the company, it should be included in the service time purchased. No full results yet since I'm early in the loading phase, but I trust Kellen's skill and the data backs it up. IMHO, I highly recommend for anyone dealing with lymphedema.

This was without a doubt the most thorough and therapeutic massage I have ever received. Raven is…read morean absolute master of touch and pressure, executing gentle stretches and focused relief of sore muscles and tight joints. She listens to you when you tell her what your goals are and I believe modifies her approach to meet those goals -- down to such silly things as "I want medium to firm pressure. And my feet are ticklish so if you touch them you have to be very firm. And my neck has tension knots that I wish could be worked out." How she can be gentle and impactful at the same time, I do not know. I am always apprehensive about going to see a new massage therapist as they can be very good or not so much. This was the best of the best experiences. I left feeling refreshed and limber. And as I type this a day later, my body knows it had some limits gently tested. I mean that in a very good way. The facility is functional and comfortable. The spa music in the treatment rooms is subtle and non-intrusive and supportive. The owner and other staff people I met were all friendly and engaging. The business is set up to take venmo to leave gratuities if that's your preference. I can't imagine anything they didn't think of. I cannot wait to get back there again. 10 stars if it were possible.

I'd used one of the four visits when the pandemic happened. So my first time back was in November 2020. At this visit, I was advised that the other two prepaid visits would expire if I didn't use them within two weeks and there was no way to extend the expiration. I would need to contact management with any further concerns. The location was nice, the float was great, and the relaxation room was relaxing, but I feel bamboozled for buying the 4 float package that 'never expires' only to be told they would expire. I absolutely do not recommend prepaying for visits without getting the details IN WRITING. IMHO, nice float location but the sales tactics were a little shady, though it could have been just one dishonest employee. Beware!

I leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself, with effects that last long after. Alex truly has a gift. The impact she has had on my life is profound, and I'm incredibly grateful for this space and for the healing I've experienced here so far. If you feel drawn to visit, trust that instinct. The products they used also made my skin burn--they had to apply aloe at the end of the session, so I left looking weird and shiny. This was very different from other facials I've had.

I specifically planned my visit around the Salt Cave, and this was actually my third visit, so I already knew what to expect: 45 minutes of complete quiet, relaxation, and just being able to unplug. One thing I really love is that when you book a reservation, the experience is private. The reservation is just for you, but if you'd like to bring guests, you can add them for a reduced fee. The Salt Cave can accommodate up to four guests, and the chairs fully recline, making it easy to settle in and really immerse yourself in the experience. After my time in the Salt Cave, I wanted to explore more of the facility, especially since they had added the Fire & Ice experience since my last visit. The young lady working that day was incredibly helpful. She gave us a tour of the entire place and explained everything so thoroughly. You could genuinely tell that she loved her job and was happy to share the experience with us. There is so much this place has to offer, from the Salt Cave and float pods to the float cabin and the Fire & Ice plunge. There really is something for everyone, whether you're looking for relaxation, recovery, or simply some time to yourself. They also offer memberships at a reasonable price if you want to make self-care a more regular part of your routine. After visiting three times, I can definitely say this is a place I enjoy coming back to!
