Led by the Manager Mike and Service Advisor Marty, the Parts department and lastly the technician that worked on my Traverse. I took it in yesterday for them to check out the transmission as what seemed to be a minor glitch and during that process in was discovered that the TCM needed replacing. Initial estimates were that it would take 2-3 days fro the part to come in from Michigan and a further 6 hours of labour for re-installation, replacing the fluid, programming, adjustments and subsequent testing. This service team took it upon themselves to further cement my decision to chose them as the dealership that would service my Travers when we moved to Guelph 3 years ago. We had plans to leave on a trip and would have had to seek alternate transportation however I was more than pleasantly surprised to receive a call today about 24 hours after being told that the earliest it could be ready was Friday, which stated that it was ready for pickup! The parts department successfully sourced the part locally, the technician worked non stop to get it ready. Needless to say Barry Cullen will continue to be my only choice to provide service to my Traverse!

You pay if your car is hooked up to the scanner for minutes. Nissan Canada is no help either you just pay and tough luck Charlie you are on your own. I never thought Nissan was like this with safety issues but I learned. My car dealership built in an air leveling system in my truck less than 2 years ago…read more Long story short: Compressor is now fried. Dealership diagnoses fried compressor and wants $1300 to replace because it's out of warranty. I go to Action Car And Truck Accessories for a second opinion and talk to Ron. Turns out that compressor is not out of warranty and after checking my truck, it turns out that the compressor is fried because of shoddy wiring and multiple shorts in the system. Action Car And Truck Accessories didn't have to help me. They could have just sent me to the car dealer that messed it all up in the first place to argue with them. But no! Ron contacted the manufacturer and got the compressor replaced under warranty! They rewired everything anew and even put in an additional port to inflate the air leveling system manually should the compressor fail in the future, which the dealership should have also done, but didn't. For all their efforts, they only charged me couple of hours of labour. Both Ron and Brad are straight shooters and in my opinion, Action Car And Truck Accessories is an honest business that has the best interest of their customers and is out to help them.
