Its not often that one's expectations are exceeded however today I must mention such situation…read more It has to do with the Service Department of Barry Cullen Chevrolet in Guelph. Led by the Manager Mike and Service Advisor Marty, the Parts department and lastly the technician that worked on my Traverse. I took it in yesterday for them to check out the transmission as what seemed to be a minor glitch and during that process in was discovered that the TCM needed replacing. Initial estimates were that it would take 2-3 days fro the part to come in from Michigan and a further 6 hours of labour for re-installation, replacing the fluid, programming, adjustments and subsequent testing. This service team took it upon themselves to further cement my decision to chose them as the dealership that would service my Travers when we moved to Guelph 3 years ago. We had plans to leave on a trip and would have had to seek alternate transportation however I was more than pleasantly surprised to receive a call today about 24 hours after being told that the earliest it could be ready was Friday, which stated that it was ready for pickup! The parts department successfully sourced the part locally, the technician worked non stop to get it ready. Needless to say Barry Cullen will continue to be my only choice to provide service to my Traverse!

This man travels for work. He's been gone for the last last six months we bring the vehicle to the dealership today they agreed to pay for half of a glass order, which was not what was expected. The entire glass should've been covered being at this man spent $80,000 with them and picked the vehicle up in this broken condition and it just proceeded to get worse they claim to not be racist against the two Arabic men yet they're refusing to do any further business with them, or help them with the windshield in any way shape or form due to the fact that these Arabic men are accusing them of being racist, which clearly they are i'm a third-party friend that reached out cause I'm English speaking and I was given nothing but disrespect from the managers hung up on by everyone who worked there and it was a terrible experience for a car dealership. Do not recommend purchasing from here if you're not Caucasian

Customer Service is absolutely terrible and a BIG FAIL! Do not buy any of their vehicles. They are only concerned about the money. Much more reliable and safe vehicles are Toyota and Nissan. Don't waste your money on Chrysler Junk vehicles and very very poor customer service! It's really unfortunate we don't have the lemon laws here in Canada like they have in the U.S as this Jeep was a Lemon.

When I obviously was not happy, a rep came out and asked what the problem was when told, he asked if I dropped it off on lot or outside the gate, I dropped it off inside the lot the night before the work was to be done, then he goes inside and talks to his tech, who blatantly lied and said it was like that when I dropped It off.. which is a complete load of nonsense, I would notice if my ENTIRE drivers side had scratches all down the side of it and a huge paint chip missing from the mirror. He said he's going to check the cameras outside on the lot, well a lot of good that does me if the damage happened inside the service area if there's no cameras in the service area.. so needless to say I'm not impressed after paying these fools 2000+$ to get my car back full of scratches.
