I looked out the window after 10 minutes of waiting and I noticed the apprentice/mechanic was having issues opening my car. I ran outside asking if he needed help. He showed me my keys and told me he broke my house key while opening my car using my house key in the driver's side car door lock . The Apprentice at the desk got irate with me after I told him what happened to my property . It took me 5 minutes to calm down but he left my keys on the desk after telling me he's going to see what he can do about my keys. I didn't want to take any more chances and I took my keys back and left to go to another auto shop where I know I can trust. Total Quartz -Can Auto Care was my first and only visit.
