I came to her feeling extremely burnt out on work and life, in general. I needed help finding balance, and she really helped me learn where I was holding on to stress both physically within my body and emotionally. This massage was like none that I have, and frankly I think every massage should be like this! I am so curious about the training and experience necessary to become as highly perceptive as Rebecca is. I may not have been *cured* the same day (nor did I expect to be), but she gave me a hell of a jump start and tools to carry with me. I am so grateful I found her, and will definitely make time at Somadi a priority whenever I am visiting my sister in the future.

Liraz provided exactly the care I needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my injuries before beginning treatment. What stood out most was her calming, comforting presence and her whole-person approach to healing--addressing not just the physical pain, but the connection between mind, body, and spirit. She was always attentive to my comfort level and never pushed beyond my limits, allowing my body to heal safely and naturally. I left the session feeling relief, supported, and genuinely cared for. If you're recovering from an injury or simply looking for a therapist who combines expertise with compassion, I highly recommend Liraz at Heavenly Embrace Wellness. Helen is amazing! Her healing energy is intense and powerful. When you meet her for the first time…read moreyou will pick up on this...she exudes a feeling of zen and calmness...and you can't help but let it rub off on you! I went to her feeling fearful, negative and broken. When I left my first session with her I felt so much lighter, calmer, and more positive. She will have you write your intentions, and say them out loud, for whatever you need to improve or heal in your life. Then she works her magic! That's the only way I can describe it. With each session I become more positive and focused on good instead of negativity and fear. Family members have noticed something "different" about me and even strangers are drawn to the positive energy I possess, especially right after a session with Helen. It is scientifically proven that all humans have an energy field, or aura, around them. When we are depressed, negative or angry our auras reflect this. We are more prone to illnesses, fatigue, etc. and ultimately we attract more bad things to ourselves. When we are happy, calm and positive, we attract positive things into our lives. Working on healing my energy with Helen proved this to me. I had never done anything like this before. More positive things began happening in my life than had happened in years. Within a month, I received a raise; two months after that I received a bonus which I wasn't expecting; a month later I received a SUBSTANTIAL raise. And my positive energy rubbed off on my boyfriend. HE received a raise shortly after my second raise...at a company where only months before his job was in jeopardy and he was nearly laid off. Please have an open mind. If you are closed off from her healing energy then how could you expect it to work? You can't fuel your car and make it run if the gas cap is closed. Helen gives you tools to use between sessions to help keep the positivity and progress flowing. If you practice with these tools you will see and feel the difference in yourself. I didn't mean for this post to be so long, but there are just so many great things to say about her. I am so thankful I found Helen. She has truly been a blessing to me!

I booked a reiki session with Alicia in Fort Collins. Before I even got on the table, she had already downloaded a bunch of information from my guides about what needed attention. I was amazed by this, because I hadn't told her anything about myself or what I was seeking help with prior to the appointment. Everything she picked up on as she laid her hands on me during the appointment was spot on. After the appointment, she sent me an email with some handouts on energetic practices that I could use to help continue improving after the session, as well as a summation of some of the highlights what came out of the session. Immediately afterwards, I felt relaxed. It was a moving experience. It has been a week now, and it's pretty incredible the change that has already occurred in my mindset. I've been using a meditation that she did in the session, and I've gotten so much clarity. I've identified an underlying thought pattern that has been running since childhood and not serving me. It feels like this is a beginning of a major shift for me. I am so thankful that Alicia has been so generous with her time and her gift.
