You have to activate the account again and cancel with 30 days notice to avoid being charged an additional $120 or more depending on your membership level. In addition, they make it difficult to cancel. You have to request a membership cancellation form and then send it back to them either via email or in person to officially cancel. This is obviously meant to be a barrier to canceling. When I spoke to the GM asking if she could explain their policy that only active members can cancel, all I was told is that it is corporate policy. I asked again if she could explain WHY this is corporate policy and she told me she had and that "I wasn't accepting her explanation" and proceeded to say "I'm sorry about the confusion or whatever this is." These are direct quotes. If customer service was better and if their corporate policies weren't designed to scam clients out of additional money when wanting to cancel, I would recommend them. The facilities are lovely and they have great massage therapists. It's really too bad. Do not spend your money here.

They have their own parking! That is a huge deal for me going to Boulder. We were welcomed in and given our robes, towels and slippers. All we had to bring was our swim suits. They went over the locker room, lockers, spa area and when each of us needed to be outside the massage room before our respective appointments. My daughter got deep tissue massage, my friend and I both got Swedish. Randy was my massage therapist. He was great! I would request him again. I felt like jell-o by the time I was done. The spa area had a rainforest shower, cold plunge pools, sauna, steam room, hot tub and salt room. I started with the rainforest shower. I had never been in a salt room, so that was a must try. There was a button to call a staff member to turn on the mechanism for the room. Not sure what it did, but I could taste the salt in the air when I entered. The light through the salt blocks was quite relaxing. After that my friend and I sat in the hot tub until it was time for us to have our massages. We all were quite relaxed when we were done. Will be back!

Laura Rose was great. She gave me a treatment that mixed reflexology, lymphatic massage as well as little bit of traditional therapeutic massage. She took her time, listened to me, and really catered the session to my needs and what was going on in my body. I had more energy when I left than I'd had all week. The lymph nodes are less swollen than they were before, and my energy is better. She even called the next day to see how I was feeling and to let me know she'd like me to follow up if I got a doctor's diagnosis. Above and beyond! She was great! I would hands-down see her again. Hopefully next time when I'm not feeling so funky!

She is an expert at discovering the areas that need the most attention and then using a combination of methods that work together to help the body heal itself. I highly recommend her work and encourage anyone who is interested in massage to try her out -- she'll talk through what kind of bodywork you want (relaxation, detoxifying, deep tissue, etc.), what issues your body is experiencing, and she has a unique "feedback" system so that you can communicate about what works best, without interrupting your quiet, meditative state. I particularly appreciate the fact that she does home visits as well as maintaining office hours. She's truly one of the best of the best out there.

I did not tell her about any specific area that needed work. She started on my back, mainly the spine area and worked down to my legs. She went back up to do more specific work and by her own experience, she is into middle age, 40-ish, .. and when she got up around the left shoulder area started pressing hard. I could have said to go easier but I realize sometimes massage can hurt in the cause of getting you better. That session reduced the persistent sensation by about half. Daily rubs in that area by my housemate took it back to normal. Some massage workers are most inexperienced and I have had some of that, while with others it is sadly apparent that they are still new to the craft. It is very satisfying when you do get someone who knows their business. The "nature" of ALL NATURAL is that the workers come and go with some who are in the area on a semi regular basis so if you have gotten good bodywork then make sure you have a name to ask for if you should decide to call ahead. Appointments are guaranteed while on a walk-in there may not be anyone available if they are all at work. Some have told me about going to China for extended visits with family and friends. I have asked some for their actual names and I find it far easier to pronounce names like Lily, Amy, Mary etc. LOL !

I've seen Dr. Liu for a number of issues ranging from headaches to bronchitis to allergies to back pain. The treatments were VERY effective. This team is the real deal, trained as MDs AND acupuncturists. English is their second language, which has on occasion meant I needed to slow down and be patient, but that's a minor detail. They're both very knowledgeable and Dr. Yan always greets me with a big smile. The office can get quite busy, but the schedule is usually quite timely. I recommend both doctors. The doctor also completely ignored common acupuncture knowledge like not having the patient freeze while they are being treated. The pre-natal exam and treatment had questionable hygiene standards (even compared to what you'd get in China), and she didn't have all the tools to finish it. The doctor did not know how to submit an insurance claim and made us pay everything up front, and then didn't file for nearly two weeks, calling us several times for information she already had. I eventually had to call the insurance company and have them contact her. She eventually billed the insurance company 190 for 15 minutes of acupuncture work. That is excessive, especially since I paid all of her registration fees myself. She also did not send a reimbursement check for services not delivered and what the insurance company paid, despite telling us several times she would. My husband eventually had to go pick it up in person, and she was incredibly rude when she presented it. Doctor also pushed Chinese medicine very heavily. While I'm not opposed, I don't like being pushed to buy off-label brands that are coming from god-knows-where. If you want to know why, just google fake Chinese medicine. Finally, their phone manner was gruff from the get go. Even when the insurance company called them they simply answered the phone, said "not working now" and hung up. This was at 11am. I know companies have bad days and the other reviewers seem happy. That being said, my interaction with them lasted a whole month and each time I left feeling worse than the last.
