They waited till our flu results were known and then advised us how to proceed. Lisa was polite and helpful on the phone. Clayton went out of his way to answer our questions, provide medical guidance for flu-like symptoms, and even brought us a bottle of water while we waited for the test results. I can't speak to any of the my fellow Yelpers' review but based upon my experience, I'm glad I went and recommend them highly. I first started going to them for Covid tests during the pandemic and then for general medical guidance post-pandemic. The waiting room was clean, well lit, and nicely furnished. First, the hours online were not accurate and the office closed an hour earlier than listed. Second, the website said walk ins were welcome and I would wait less than 5 minutes to be seen. I walked in and no one was at the desk. After a few minutes, the receptionist came up. I asked for an urgent care visit and she said that the doctor had virtual appointments, so she wasn't doing urgent care. She said I could make an appointment for another day, which defeats the purpose of a walk-in urgent care clinic. The office itself was beautiful and seemed very clean. Unfortunately, I won't come back here because of their misleading marketing. I wasted time walking to Clear, when I could have gone to another clinic before they closed.

The MSW from the home health agency, my brother, the DME company, and now myself have been trying to get this settled. We collectively have not gotten a call or any results from Ms. Kimble or anyone at the clinic. The customer service representatives have been most helpful but this is unethical, irresponsible, and negligent. My brother is wheelchair bound and if the hospital bed isn't working properly he can't transfer which mean he is at higher risk of falls or even worse he will sleep in his wheelchair which makes him a higher risk for skin break down. Update I want to thank Maria in Patient/Guest experience. She help facilitate a resolution. I have confirmed the DME company has the prescription for the new bed. Prior to my arrival, I had a nosebleed that would not cease and was extremely worried but the timing was perfect since I had a drs appt this day. I went in with the assumption that I would not only address the nosebleed but the intention behind my appt was an annual check-up and to blood work. Needless to say, I waited an hour to see Dr.Johnson, in which the nurse who came to speak with me prior notated all of my concerns and the reason for my visit. When Dr. Johnson finally came and hour after my waiting his personality was at best dry and borderline condescending. Assuming he may not be the type to deal with highly educated individuals on a daily as patients...I found that to immediately be off-putting. As we navigated my visit his first response was "I see you have a lot of concerns but for the sake time let's get to the most important first". I proceeded to share a picture of my nosebleed earlier and he asked "what are u showing me, explain condescendingly". Thinking back on this visit I should have led in with what I came for which was blood work and annuals. After discussing a few concerns he sent me to have 1 type of blood work checked. I asked the nurse why was I not being checked for everything I asked for. Her response was "I told him but he went with whatever you all discussed". I was sent to another part of the building for testing with 3 individuals who were giggling and laughing for 30 minutes before providing to me 1 shot. They did however apologize for the wait but no parking voucher or discount and spent 3 hours out my work day and wasted insurance for a useless visit. Mind you, I was referred by a friend who goes to this guy and has had ovarian fibroids for 5 years or so. He prescribes her pain pills but refuses to have them remove so that she can live a fruitful life. I figured I've give him a try based on not knowing where else to go for a primary but I pass on this place and you should too! We would all be better off at urgent care.

He is very nice, caring and down-to-earth. I've worked with doctors with egos the size of the solar system. There are no issues getting my prescriptions. He's quick to send referrals too!
