They waited till our flu results were known and then advised us how to proceed. Lisa was polite and helpful on the phone. Clayton went out of his way to answer our questions, provide medical guidance for flu-like symptoms, and even brought us a bottle of water while we waited for the test results. I can't speak to any of the my fellow Yelpers' review but based upon my experience, I'm glad I went and recommend them highly. I first started going to them for Covid tests during the pandemic and then for general medical guidance post-pandemic. The waiting room was clean, well lit, and nicely furnished. The receptionist had me put the cup of pee on the reception desk and she put a UTI strip to test it. Then she had me take the cup of pee to the bathroom to dispose of it. The receptionist told me I did have a UTI. She led me to an exam room and told me to undress and put on a robe. This was my first UTI ever so I was completely unaware of the procedure and what it entails to get treated. I do as I was told. Then the doctor comes in to tell me that I do have a UTI. He proceeded to have my lay on the table and gave me an exam down there. He gave me a fucking pap smear... I did NOT ask for one or consent for one. I was so hot with anger when everything was done. I was embarrassed and ashamed. I should have said something then and there but I didn't because I wasn"t sure what was happening at the time. I plan on reporting this doctor. He is unethical and took advantage of the situation. Maybe he wanted to make more money off me and claim it to my insurance. I'm not sure. Do NOT go here. This is a zoo of a facility. My brother is a patient of Yvette Kimble. We have been trying for weeks to get him a new hospital…read morebed. The MSW from the home health agency, my brother, the DME company, and now myself have been trying to get this settled. We collectively have not gotten a call or any results from Ms. Kimble or anyone at the clinic. The customer service representatives have been most helpful but this is unethical, irresponsible, and negligent. My brother is wheelchair bound and if the hospital bed isn't working properly he can't transfer which mean he is at higher risk of falls or even worse he will sleep in his wheelchair which makes him a higher risk for skin break down. Update I want to thank Maria in Patient/Guest experience. She help facilitate a resolution. I have confirmed the DME company has the prescription for the new bed. It is unfortunate that it had to be escalated to her.

ASAP is within a five minute walk from Harrison CTA in the South Loop. It's small but everyone is very friendly. Appointments are easy to make. They even have Saturday hours for those work during the week. The wait is not very long compared to other clinics I've visited. Dr. Suesakul is a wonderful doctor. He is very nice, caring and down-to-earth. I've worked with doctors with egos the size of the solar system. There are no issues getting my prescriptions. He's quick to send referrals too! ASAP offers a full range of medical services and treatments. They also use Patient Fusion, which allows me to check my labs, health records and appointments. I'm very satisfied with my care at ASAP. When I say this place is a complete joke, I genuinely mean it. Village Eye Care has been one of the…read moremost frustrating, disorganized, HORRIBLE, SCAMMY, and borderline dishonest medical experiences I've ever had. First of all, the pricing is outrageous and feels straight-up predatory. There is zero transparency, and it constantly feels like they're trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. As a college student, I made my situation very clear, and not once did they show even a shred of consideration or flexibility. No payment options, no understanding--just rigid policies and a "too bad" attitude. The lack of professionalism is honestly shocking. They didn't even send me a copy of my prescription right away--which, by the way, they are legally required to do. I had to chase them down for something that should have been automatic. It gets worse. They repeatedly told me I "needed" special, expensive contacts when that was completely untrue. I later found out I can wear regular Biofinity toric lenses just fine. The price i paid for so many years was 1600$ which is an utter scam when i found out I CAN GET A YEAR SUPPLY FOR 200$. So either they're wildly incompetent or intentionally misleading patients to upsell--neither is acceptable. Their communication is a disaster. I was never given a tracking number for my contacts. Then, they claimed my contacts hadn't even shipped--when in reality, they had already been delivered and stolen. So instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the situation, they just fed me incorrect information and left me stuck dealing with the consequences. To top it off, when I tried to order my contacts through 1-800 Contacts after this mess (my contacts being stolen from my porch), the doctor tried to refuse the order when they contacted her. After everything that already went wrong, that level of control and lack of cooperation is completely unacceptable. They also misled my mom for YEARS, claiming my vision was too bad for standard lenses and that I needed specialty ones--again, not true. That's not just frustrating, that's deeply unethical. Overall: overpriced, inflexible, disorganized, and dishonest. I would not trust this place with your eyes or your money. If i could give this place 0 stars i would!!!!
