As a Vegan, it can be difficult at times to find natural, organic & safe essential products. That's if you don't want to drop unnecessary amounts of money at the local Natural Stores - no slight, just stating. I'm so happy with my products, yet the customer service shines through the universe. Unbeknownst to me, I had issues paying for my order via my device. Within 15 minutes or less (I was already in Hot Yoga), I got a voice message from Kimberly, one of the owners who stated as such. She kindly asked that I give her a call back at my convenience to proceed with the payment. A few days later, my products arrived in perfect tact & had a personal note inside thanking me for my order. I will become a customer for life.
