I browsed the menu beforehand and was given notice they recently changed it, so I was looking forward to the new menu items. I went with the spicy shrimp and lemon herb risotto and grabbed some pb cookie dough protein bars as a snack. The dish was packed with flavor and thankfully, my taste buds were able to handle the spice. It was super filling and was enough to hold me over for lunch. One of the things I love about this place besides the convenience, is that you can still eat the things you love without the guilt!

They offer a solid variety too--breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sweet options, and even smoothies--so it's easy to find something that fits your day. The pricing is reasonable for what you're getting, especially considering the convenience and focus on portion control. Not every item is a standout, but some of the meals are actually really good and make sticking to healthier eating much easier. It's a great option for anyone who needs help with meal prep or is watching calories and trying to stay on track. Overall, a practical and helpful choice for a busy lifestyle.

What I thought would be a great experience was anything but. Let me preface again that this was my first time. When I walked in, there was no hello. Just complete silence. Since she wasn't going to speak first, I decided to help her out. I noticed there were several options to choose from but didn't realize there weren't any to create your own. Ultimately, I went with a kids size chocolate love. I took out a few ingredients and added protein and blueberries, which put me at 15.00 and some change. After she got done with my order, she placed it on the counter and walked off. She didn't even wait to hand it to me. Before you ask, it was just me in there until one person came and got their to-go order and she couldn't have been more nice to them. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day (at 8:50 am) or what other circumstances affected her inability to be cordial but her attitude was piss poor and there was nothing I did to warrant that treatment. Period.

The bread had a nice toast to it, but it needed some type of butter or seasoning to give it more taste. The Just Egg and sausage honestly tasted like they came straight from the freezer. I ordered sriracha sauce on the side, but it didn't pair well with the sandwich at all. The coffee drink was okay--nothing special. I would've preferred it sweeter, but that's more of a personal preference. The biggest disappointment was that the sandwich didn't sit well with my stomach afterward. Overall, I was very disappointed with the food despite the great service. Again the customer service was great the food not so much. I regret ordering what I did and so did my stomach. I need to just try the smoothie and no food.
