Wheatens in general aren't easy but Wheaten puppies are basically impossible. Fortunately, that's where Once Upon a Tail came in. The two times we've taken him there, he's emerged looking great and perhaps more importantly, feeling great and not traumatized. For me, that's all I need. And, while they're certainly not cheap, in pet grooming you get what you pay for. Well worth the extra expense to keep him and us happy. Thank you!

If you're looking for a great place for your dog, I 100% recommend Barker Lounge! I've taken my dog…read morethere several times, and he absolutely loves it. Booking online is easy, check in is seamless, and the facility is always clean. Most importantly, you can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. They get plenty of playtime, outdoor time, and even pool time during the summer. You can send their food and snacks, and they even made my dog's birthday extra special with a whole photo shoot which was so sweet. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. They also offer grooming and boarding. My dog hasn't stayed overnight yet, but he definitely will in the near future. I feel completely comfortable and safe leaving him in their care. One of my favorite things is their Instagram because you can actually see what the dogs are doing throughout the day. It really gives you a day in the life of a dog at Barker Lounge. They do require dogs to be up to date on their vaccinations and spayed or neutered. Pickup is typically by 7 PM. After that, the dog will stay overnight and you'll be charged for boarding. And let me tell you, every time my dog comes home, he goes straight to sleep. He is completely worn out from all the playing and fun.I 100% recommend Barker Lounge. They take great care of the dogs, and my dog absolutely loves going there. Bark Lounge gets two paws way up from us! Highly recommend!

I was charged over $760 for my appt. my routine well visits at my prior vet usually run about less than half of this exorbitant charge. When I looked at the charges I noticed I was billed for tests I did not ask for, and were not part of a wellness checkup such as an eye tear test that was close to $100. as part of a senior wellness check, which my dog has never had, came with a full blood work up. from the results of the test the vet called me and gave me a laundry list of possible illnesses my dog may have and that more testing would need to be done. by the way, my dog has no symptoms of anything even mentioned. when I went back to ask why tests were done that were all additional charges without asking first, I was told that I was given a written estimate at the time of my visit. not only is this false information, but if I was given an estimate for over $700 for a routine well visit and vaccinations, I would have left this appt and retuned to my original vet which I have done since this visit. I would steer clear!
