I've been here twice, and this last time was exceptional. I made a next-day appointment to see Aung Oo for a 90-minute Swedish & deep tissue massage. Booking was super easy and convenient, and they actually had two massage therapists available for next day appointments. It's attached to a gym, so the location is a little small and maybe not as spa-feeling as other places. I do think they account for this in the pricing- it's a little cheaper than surrounding massage parlors. The pricing is reasonable and they make it easy to pay & tip. Aung himself was absolutely wonderful. He was clearly very knowledgeable and mixed in important questions to provide the best massage while also cultivating a relaxing environment. The room had a rather loud AC that cut on and off, but Aung still spoke in relaxing tones and encouraged me to relax. I will absolutely be back to see him again. I really loved my massage here! I would come back and can't wait to come back! The space is shared by a gym and a yoga studio. The gym is very loud but you can't hear it much in the massage place. When I went, the AC was broken. They had fans going and it was tolerable but was quite warm. My massage was also shorter than the expected 30 minutes. When I brought it up, the front desk lady offered to give me 5 minutes extra the next time around which was nice. It is a no frills space but the massage was great! read more

I have to lay it on the line here and just put this out here. I have had exactly two other massages before tonight and both were deep tissue and for trauma therapy / recovery so this is not something I am comfortable with nor looking forward to this visit. Despite my inhibitions the pain in my back from combat related trauma combined with the hotel mattress I'm currently sleeping on while on a visit to the area flared up and pushed me to seek attention regardless of my intimidations. I only knew I was in pain and needed relief so I booked an appointment for the same day with Brittany who I picked at random for a 60 min Swedish therapy massage. From start to finish I was immediately put at ease and treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Let me say that I was apprehensive but all my fears and anxiety melted along with the knots in my back. I can't sing any louder the praise I have for this place and the staff who set aside my fear and replaced it with respect. If you are on the fence about having a massage put that to rest and call this place today. My massage was nice I thought it was priced pretty fairly too. I definitely don't think my massage was anything to write home about. The masseur wasn't bad but definitely wasn't the best. I'm not sure why she spent the first 10 minutes of my massage just putting lotion on my back but she did. She definitely did a decent job of keeping the pressure pretty consistent but I didn't feel relaxed just felt like someone was rubbing on me fifty minutes. She did a good job on my feet and my hands, but the rest of my body definitely could've use a little bit more massaging. I wish I could give this place 3.75 stars. The welcome from the young lady behind the desk was definitely five stars. The sitting area was fantastic and very welcoming it had a calm massage studio feeling to it. I was called back right on time as my appointment was scheduled for 1215. Perhaps I will go back and try another Masseur as this place was really nice, on the inside unfortunately my massage just missed the mark. read more

The staff! My score is reflective of the service. I always leave feeling WONDERFUL! Li (massage) is PHENOMENAL! I always feel like a totally new person when I leave. I will ONLY schedule with her. I have also had wonderful experiences with Leah (facial). My skin is still glowing from yesterday. My skin looks brighter and healthier. I would encourage you to hold on to these 2 ladies. This was the absolute worst massage experience of my life. The masseuse did not even use oil or cream! I was in so much pain, I kept saying please do it with less pressure and said ow multiple times, and she did not change the pressure. I am in so much pain after the massage I had to take pain killers and have a massive migraine from it. I wanted to get up and leave so many times but didn't out of politeness. And because your masseuses check you out I had no one to complain to and was forced to tip even though I was crying during the massage and afterwards. I usually don't leave reviews but with the experience I had today, I felt the need to express my thoughts. I called Well Being Massage studio and requested for a deep tissue massage, Jian was the masseuse that was assigned to me. To start off, she was a very nice older lady that may have been good at the area she specializes in (acupuncture) but not what I was looking for. As we get ready for the my massage she asks if anything hurts and I told her if she could focus on my legs and shoulder area. Before even beginning she asked if I would like to do acupuncture instead, I responded no and if she could do deep tissue like I requested. After she began the massage she mentioned that she is an older lady and may not be able to really do a deep tissue massage. My first thought was well why would they assign you to me if you weren't able to do deep tissue and waste both our time. After only receiving about an 8 minute rub, she asked if I would like another male masseuse that could possibly provide a deep tissue. Of course, no one else was available so I went to the front desk to try and figure out a solution. This is were the whole appointment went down the drain! No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience or miscommunication, just immediately going to accusing me on not knowing what a deep tissue massage is. Erica, the front desk lady provided no sense of customer service. She was aggressive the whole time, rather than finding a solution only provided another problem! I was continuously told that my opinion of a deep tissue massage was subjective, well obviously it's subjective I am the one paying for the massage! The worst part is I waited all week to get a massage due to my body being beat from training and now I have to possibly wait another whole week to get one. Not to mention, my coworker also booked an appointment after mine and we drove together. Now I'm sitting in the car writing this review and waiting for him to finish up. read more

Got the 60 min deep tissue massage with Pablo, and it was exactly what I needed. He was very nice, attentive, and professional--often checked in to make sure the pressure level was good, which it was! Not too gentle, but not painful either. He helped me loosen up my shoulder, which was feeling a little stiff. All around, I feel way better than I did walking in. Also, scheduling was super easy. My sister and I did not have the best experience. Our massages were very rushed and the rooms were cold. We both paid for 60min full body Deep tissue massages and my massage therapist did not massage my front, only my back. Then I Found out that my sister got both front and back full body massage. Now I did the 30min facial with Leah, and oh boy it just felt like she washed my face and put serums. I was expecting a deep extraction of my black heads as well as some sort of dead skin removal. Today felt very rushed by everyone. We weren't giving the full attention our face and body deserved. When I asked leah what kind of facial I should get, she said it was tailored to my skin type. But I felt like she should have asked what my skin issues were and what kind of skin I had. Overall I won't be coming back. Expensive and service was very minimum. read more

I was told since les than 24 hours, it would be considered cancelling and I would be charged for the cancellation and pay for another massage. The massage was incredible with Ivana!!! I felt so relaxed and she worked out every kink and knot I have !!!! And I didn't feel pain the next day like I usually do!!! The discuss with Leah.. well felt incomplete. She suggested I come back for a peel and even said she can't get all of the " blackheads ". 88 dollars plus tip and you can't finish the facial. As I booked two services, I had hoped to be able to relax at the spa while waiting for my next treatment. I knew there was an option to wait in the lobby area but it was a nice day and since there wasn't a longe to hang out and sleep in, I left and went to Wegmans for an hour. One other detail is I wasn't able to book both of my separate appointments online at one time. I had to book each separate. I was appreciative of the first time 10% off and being able to pay for both services at one time. I read this on line before I got there so I knew. Came here for a 90-minute couples massage with hot stones, and it was absolute bliss. Jessica worked with me and focused mainly on my shoulders / neck (which had been giving me a problem for a while), and Li did a great job focusing on my boyfriend's many, many knots. I thought 90 minutes would be a long time, but time flew by so we're both glad we did the longer session. Of note, there's a gym right next door that I could hear while I was in the lobby, but once we got in the room, it wasn't a problem. One name, LEAH! This was my first facial and it changed my life so much that I think I need one every month. Leah works magic with her hands, is super knowledgeable about skin and her face glows. Her personality reminds me of minnie mouse or someone who works at Disney World. She was super personable and gave top tier customer service. Before she started my facial she pretty much said she can talk as much or as little as I wanted. That my friends is golden, thanks for realizing that relaxation is different for each person and stating it upfront so it's not awkward later. Parking in the front closest to the spa seemed a bit tiny but I had no issue finding a spot. So there must be enough. Thing to note, this spa is connected and above a gym. In the waiting area, I could hear people dropping weights but in the spa rooms the music drowns the noise out. So no worries about it interrupting your zen. Also the bathroom is in the gym. Going to the bathroom in the middle of my massage was a no no since it kinda took me out of the mood. Having to walk through the bright, noisy gym to pee was definitely a buzz kill. Came here for a pre-natal massage. Li was amazing! She explained what was going to happen before starting which was really nice so there was no ambiguity. The studio/spa is in the same building as the crossfit gym. You can sometimes here some of the people working out (throwing equipment), but it isn't too distracting.
