My kid is NOT a fan of haircuts, but David took to it like a champ. This time was better, after my kid ran out of tears and snot, we convinced him it 'wasn't that bad' to have a haircut. David is sooooo patient and understanding. He's a good ol' boy playing rock music and loving his neighbors. Holy cow it's like a giant family, all of the customers he has. He knows everyone by name, they all love him. Here's what I loved as a mom: this is a family friendly place. You won't find posters of half naked women anywhere, just good ol Americana and a cat or dog depending on the day. He has nice hot towels when you're done. It's a hole in the wall place, not anything fancy at all. No appointments, but he'll put your name on 'the list' and you can show up when you need to. We love this place.

When I came out of the bathroom, the barber was beginning to cut the next guy's hair. I was in the bathroom for about 2mins. Absolutely amateur hour scheduling practices! I was told that I'd have to wait, or reschedule. Totally unacceptable. I was there first, and spent my whole day planning around this. Cuts look good, but their scheduling practices are gonna put them out of business. What a total waste of time

Excellent overall experience at Weldon ('well done') Barber today on Spokane's South Hill. Location, location, location...no other barbers on the South Hill as far as I know (entrepreneurs note). Got the upscale 'Signature' session ($32 + tip) including hot towels, shampoo, scalp massage, haircut, eyebrow trim, rinse afterward, blow-dry & gels if you wish. The afterward rinse is so important in avoiding the 1.2 million little 'hair particles' that remain on your scalp after a routine haircut & get all over your shirt. No 'hair particles' today (thus, no vacuuming or shirt washing necessary). Christine was very nice, professional & consistent with other stylists who tended to my hair on other occasions. They seem to have a database logging my preferences from previous trips, which the stylist confirms prior to the session. Very nice! read more

I used to get my haircut when they were on 57th years ago. Since then I've been going to Hair Works on 29th. My wife didn't like how he was cutting my hair latley so I decided to go back and visit Weldon. When I called to make an appointment I was just a few min away and asked if they could fit me in soon. She said of course and that there was an opening in 10 min. My barber was Jessica and she greeted me with the biggest smile. Her scalp massage and haircut was amazing. She seems to be very thorough and likes to make sure everything is just the way you like it by asking very specific questions about detail. I enjoyed her conversation and the experience was very relaxing. Will most definitely be going back to see her and recommending her to fellow friends!! read more

Samantha and her team are what make Weldon what it is. They've been careful to find a variety of excellent stylists who are skilled and accommodating. I've been a customer for many years now and won't go anywhere else. It may be a bit spendy for some, but the service, experience and results are worth it to me. You're not comparing apples to apples here when you're compare Weldon to the cheaper Supercuts or Great Clips; there is no comparison. Easy online booking. Free parking. They offer water and coffee as a courtesy. And they are always on schedule/time (so don't be late). Thank you Samantha, you are the best! read more

My boos Chelsey and Mariah always take good care of me, this is not a cheap haircut by any means but the quality of your visit is absolutely reflected in the price here and they are worth every penny. Everyone at Weldon will also go out of their way to accommodate any special requests you have for your appointment, the customer service at this location is only matched by the beauty of the employees as they do have some fly hunnies here. I dont leave reviews unless I have been there a few times to see if they are consistent. This is a best Weldon in town. Staff is SUPER friendly and enthusiastic. Setting is upscale with thoughtful employees and even good music. Hannah has been doing my cuts for a while, and I will keep coming back. Glad to see Weldon has really improved the last year or two. Ive been here a couple times now and every time has been downright amazing! The atmosphere here is always warm and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and most importantly give amazing haircuts! I've never had a bad haircut here. Everyone takes their time and makes sure that you're happy before you leave. Fades are on point and everyone is super friendly.
