I've been going to Weldon beaver for about 6 years now. When I first started coming it was excellent but started to go downhill. The people changed and the quality dropped drastically. I wanted a scissor cut blended on the sides - never happened. The barber only used razor guards (#3 and 4) throughout the cut. The finished cut wasn't bad, but it certainly was not worth $46 - it was more like a haircut you could get at Super Cuts. That said, the staff were friendly and the coffee was hot. read more

I always go to Hannah S. She does a great job with my hair and my beard. My wife and daughter tell me to "go see Hannah" when my beard grows out and say I look like Jamie Lannister from GoT after my hair and beard trim! She does the cut, the shave, the whole barber experience. I highly recommend her and Weldon is lucky to have great barbers (everyone looks pretty happy with their cuts afterward). read more

Update: I need to add Jonica to this review. She is at this Weldon and I go to her when I can't get on Sam's schedule. Jonica also cuts my 5 year old son's hair regularly. She's excellent - just as deserving of 5 stars as Sam. My son, who is shy and not a big fan of getting his hair cut, actually enjoys going to see her. I told him Jonica cut my hair today and he said, "aww lucky!" Both my son and I always get a great haircut from Jonica. Original review: Can't say I'm a big fan of Weldon, but I'm a huge fan of Samantha. So, Sam is the one getting 5 stars here, not Weldon. She's been cutting my hair for a couple years now, and she's by far the best barber I've ever been to. Many guys think Weldon is overpriced, and in many cases it is. But Sam could actually be charging double or more in a big city. Sam is also great to talk to and I always look forward to our brief chats once a month. read more

Hussein has done an absolutely amazing job time after time. I was extremely impressed by his kindness and professionalism when I first had my hair cut by him. He takes his time and does a superb job with Men's cuts. You can tell that Hussein takes pride in his work and is an absolute joy to be around. I was so impressed by Hussein that I will only get my hair cut from him. I have nothing but praise for this hardworking guy and am fortunate to have stumbled across him as a walk-in appointment. The facilities are top notch and staff is always friendly and will offer you water/coffee if you have to wait. I've been getting haircuts every other week for 26 years and this is the second time I've been stationed at Fairchild. To say that I'm particular about my haircuts is an understatement, and I can say with 100% confidence that Hussein is absolutely Weldon's best barber! I've been with Hussein for about a year and refuse to see anyone else...he's that good! I will admit that scheduling haircuts was difficult in the past, however setting up regular scheduled/recurring haircuts in their computer system has eliminated that issue!! read more

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at Weldon Barber. Jaques was did an excellent job with my hair! The interior is quite nice, big overstuffed furniture in the waiting area, was offered a beverage while I was waiting. Everyone there was very personable and professional. I got the full signature package and was not sorry about it. The scalp massage was a brilliant escape in the middle of the afternoon. Sadly not a place I could afford every time i need a haircut but when I can afford to treat myself, I'll be back. read more

Absolutely not worth it! The buzz cut (no shave) was not worth $20+ (took about 10 minutes) it was sub-par, the back on my neck is extremely uneven (about a 30 degree angle down). The straightedge shave however was the the biggest disappointment, there were several areas untouched on my neck, above and below the lip and chin (I could still feel the sandpaper-like feeling on my cheeks, practically as if I have 5 o'clock shadow two days later. I suggested that my sideburns weren't parallel but my barber argued they were parallel. I come home and ask my roommate about my haircut and she said "You're sideburns are off". I fixed them and the rest of my face but it was clear mistake that the barber couldn't notice. For $60, this was absolutely not worth the money. I feel scammed and will never return to this place ever again. Terrible and overpriced. read more
