We had Elizabeth last time and I procrastinated till the day before school starts and she doesn't have appointments so I scheduled Mai today. Elizabeth was a total pro and my son LOVED his hair! Mai did it today and she was also great! I would highly recommend either. They also have a nice set of hair products with great prices that i haven't seen in stores. Have not visited but based on the reviews (all the negative ones referring to long wait times), I called to make an appointment. The cut is for my toddler which likes to do anything then sit still and was told they don't take appointments. I was told to call 30 minutes before coming in to check the wait time but what if I want a certain stylist or you get busy during the 30 minutes?Total disappointment. Update: ended up trying them despite their funky scheduling. Kate was awesome! I would give her 5 stars but still not a fan of "no appointments". read more

Great location with ample parking on the lower south hill of Spokane. The groupon is a solid deal for a bunch of cost savings on great haircuts. Each haircut provides you access to soda and popcorn on the house. Debit cards are accepted as well as cash. Nice & clean stations with plenty or sports and man'ish shit for your entertainment. I'm not into TV but I'm digging a great price and great service from this barbershop. Kate was a great resource and provided a level of customer service that one would expect from a top shelf barber. This is the barber experience that I remember as a kid. Dad would take me and tell the barber "he needs a cut." The barber did his/her work with perfection, skill & artistry. My haircut with Kory was no different than years past, besides the fact I am much older. My favorite thing to bring to a new barbershop (new to me) is a blank canvas. Beard gone wild and hair without style. Kory asked me what I was wanting to be done in which I replied do you whatever you think looks best. He is professional, experienced and accommodating. Waste of my time. I called ahead and was put on a list with "three people ahead of me" and a 45 minute wait. I showed up 45 minutes later and there were only two people cutting hair. I waited with four others for 20 minutes while they finished up with the two customers seated. Once they finished, over an hour after I called, there were now somehow 4 people in front of me. I would have had to wait another hour at least. This was my first time trying this place out and I will never try it again. Go anywhere else. Don't waste your time too. read more

I'm disappointed with the service here. I did a walk-in for my sons haircut and was told the wait time was 25 mins.. 25 minutes turned into an HOUR long wait. Not only that, but I also asked one of the girls to do a specific haircut and even showed pictures as a reference and they failed to deliver. My son left with his hair uneven and patchy. Sadly, customer service at this barber shop has taken it on the chin. Worse, prices have increased dramatically. All this has been exacerbated by inconsistent messaging on social media platforms by the owners and conflicting information from staff. Do you need an appointment? Or can you just walk in? No one really knows. One thing is certain, it is almost impossible to call them for an appointment since they often do not answer their phone AND if you just show up (like I did) you wait, and wait, and wait and eventually just end up leaving and going to another nearby barber shop. read more

Make sure you call in. My fiance and I stopped by here so he can get his haircut. He was told 30 minute wait, fine no problem. However, that 30 minute wait turned into 1 hour and 20 minutes before he left without any service. If you can't get someone in be transparent and give an accurate wait, rather than refusing to make eye contact and ignoring a waiting customer before they have to leave due to the poor customer service. read more

This place upset me. We came and waited over an hour and then left. We had a toddler with us that was super hard to contain and they kept telling us 20 more minutes. The last time they told us for sure, just 20 more minutes and I expressed that if that was not the case we would just leave right now. She told us for sure just 20 minutes. Then someone who had signed their name on the paper at 2pm and left and never came back walked in the door at 5:30pm and they gave him our spot. That was it for us. We left and won't be back. quite possibly the worst barbershop on the planet. i came in to get a bit of hair off the top, using the 3rd blade as i always do, and they shaved me almost bald. wait time was about 40 minutes and she finished my haircut in about 10-15 minutes. not only this, but she left patches of hair on my head unshaven/uncut. i paid $18 for one of the worst haircuts i've gotten in my life. i was very excited to experience going to a new barber, but the service was just as bad as the haircuts. seemed like a bunch of employees who hated their job, and thus their work on hair reflects upon this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. read more
