First of all, I am only reviewing based on the customer service I received. I showed up as a walk-in at 5PM last Saturday. I saw several people get their hair cut and every one of them (kids, youth and adults) got some of the best looking haircuts I've seen in a long time. The barbers appear to take their time, engage well with customers, and know their clientele. That may be the essence of the problem, I was not a regular. The sign outside said that they took walk-ins and that they were open until 7PM. I walked in, sat down and waited. Other people who came in after me got taken first, which I gathered was because they had appointments, which is cool. I waited for over 90 minutes and not one of the employees ever said a word to me. I figured I'd just wait my turn. Finally at 6:30 one of the barbers wrapped up with a client and I was the only one waiting. He fist-bumped another barber, and a guy who was helping clean up and said he was out of there. Still, nobody made an effort to let me know that they would take care of me, I figured I was next, but when the guy who I thought would take me took off, so did I. I think the take-home message here is if you are a regular, they will give you a good(probably great) haircut. However, if you are a walk-in like me, you will get ignored. read more

Came in for a hair cut and was welcomed there were three barbers ready ( this place accepts walk-ins but like all places if it's busy be patient) This was my first time here and Juan was my barber and gave my a tight fade and as some one who's balding the cut was so good you can barely tell. He has good technique and great pressure with the clippers so much so I was falling asleep. he lined me up with a blade. I went in feeling grumpy and left feeling like a new person. so I will definitely be coming back to see him. 2020 - I'm new to the Spokane area. Needless to say, everyone guy needed a barber post covid shutdowns. I found this barber shop on yelp. At the time, the only way to book an appointment was through an app call "the Cut". Through that app I saw photos and booked an appt with Ruben. So glad I did. Ruben and all the Barbers are so chill. The environment is laid back. I get a good laugh from the other guys and barbers talking stories. I would go every week... or two weeks. But because of my job, I neither have the set days off, nor budget to do so. Haha. I appreciate the price, I'd say it's average. Definitely worth it. I've always walked away happy with my cut. I just moved here from Houston and my son is visiting for Christmas break. Needless to say it is not easy to find "Quality" barbers here in the city but I have to say I was really impressed with the shop and the owner Quick. We didn't have an appointment on a Saturday and still only waited a little less than 10 min for my son. The shop was well maintained, clean, comfortable, great music and large TV to catch the game. He has 8 barbers in the shop and they are able to give you any style or cut you're looking for. They also do great straight blade work and edging on beards. As my son was getting his cut done, Quick took time to stop with his client just to make sure Josh was getting the best possible service and cut. I appreciate quality service and friendly atmosphere. Had set an appointment with Thomas for 9 AM Feb 15th. Showed up a couple of mins Early. Waited another 20 mins, Thomas never showed. One of the other barbers said he set him a text message while I was there but Thomas never responded. My last hair cut with Thomas was excellent and I was charge $40 of which I paid him an addition $10 Tip. I was willing to put up with some poor communications having tried to set an appointment for over a week but no response. When I did reach Thomas, he didn't bother showing up. read more

I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he did a completely different style. I'm truly disappointed cause it's $30 for a haircut and he didn't even clean up my neck like a regular barber would. I asked him to fix my side line up and he said he couldn't because I had a scar which is complete bs because every other barber cuts my hair fine. I'm just annoyed that I paid $30 plus tipped him $7.50 just cause I work with hair and it's polite to tip but honestly don't even bother coming here. I usually get photo number 3 from my regular barber it's what I asked for and look what I left with... a fucking great clips looking haircut. Seriously all my friends laughed at me. read more

Quicks is damn good at meeting my expectations, it actually went beyond my expectations! Been going here for about 3 years now. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time to avoid long waits because they do take long to cut hair, but you gotta understand, it's a work of art. These people are here to make you look good so of course they have to take their time on your hair to make sure you leave the shop feeling good AND looking good. I had an appointment the day before my wedding day. I'd called weeks in advanced and also called few days before to make sure my reservation as still good. The day of my appointment I go in and they tell me they don't have any record of me. They said it's common because a barbershop in Texas has the same phone number and sometimes the phones get routed there. I asked if they were serious and the barbers replied yes. When I got out to the parking lot my best man and I called the number I had on my caller ID. One of the barbers I was just talking picked up. I was so upset and asked why they lied. It's the day before my wedding day. All he could say was I'm sorry. I ended up having to cut my own hair. It was extremely stressful. I was definitely nervous about trying to find a new barber when I moved to Spokane and I can tell you that Quicks was definitely the right choice. All the barbers in there are very skilled in their art and great at listening to what the customers want. Prices are extremely reasonable for service and quality of cut you get!
