When I first came to this salon I got what was undoubtedly one of the best haircuts of my life…read more Unfortunately, that was the end of the honeymoon. The next time I came, the barber commented on something being wrong with my scalp, implying that I was unclean. I thought this was curious at the time but ignored it since I do not have a hygiene problem. But from that moment on every time I came for a haircut I was given the absolute worst haircuts ever. Not a one of them had the courtesy to tell me what I later had to find out for myself. The combination of my age and hard water in my area was causing scalp and skin problems for which I had to see a dermatologist. It was NOT due to poor hygiene. I have since moved on to a better barber who does not discriminate against the elderly or fails to provide appropriate feedback for their clients.

He is very fast with the clippers we used to take my boy to Great Clips he hated it so mama try to do his hair which isn't the best thank goodness I got referred to this place wish I knew about it sooner!! My husband also likes going here Joel gets his done fast and actually is able to style his hair faded properly! He's never been disappointed ever. This is a cash only place There's only one disadvantage about this place which is a little bit irritating but the parking I swear to God it's hard to find a park every time I go there's no legitimate parking spot and the strip mall beside it you're not allowed to park there because they will literally tow your car. So far we have just been parking across the street where the veterinary place is.

Came into this place and the guy there (who I come to find out is the owner) tells me the girl in the corner can take care of me. Nice enough girl... after talking to her for awhile, come to find out that she is not a barber. Didn't say anything... cut was average. Waited to see how it would turn out. Before I knew it she was done.... no straight razor to clean up the back of my neck. Before I came to Idaho I lived in the NYC area and was use to a little more when I got my hair cut (hot towel on your head, straight razor cleaning up your lines, even got a message machine rubbed on my back while the towel was on my head. I know I have to get use to the fact I ain't in NYC anymore but......see I always over tip my haircut guy. What ever the haircut is, I double it and the rest is their tip. I expect more for my money than what I got at this establishment. Maybe things would have been different if I had the owner cutting my hair, but I will continue the search for the right hair cutting place and will stay loyal once I have someone I like. Last guy I had for 15 years. If he would be sick or go on vacation I would wait for him. That's the loyalty you get when you give great hair cutting experience.
