It wasn't just a gate, it was a statement piece that elevated our home. I worked with Garry throughout the process, and his customer service was outstanding. He was responsive, punctual, and personable. The pricing was also very fair for the level of quality and custom work we received. Honestly, the saddest part about selling our house was having to leave that gate behind. I was told by Uttermost that I would have to buy a new mirror! I thought I was going to have to "junk" the expensive mirror that I'd really gotten attached to at the end of our dining room. Rudolf and Bruno took about five minutes looking at the mirror, its backing and frame. I could see the wheels turning in their heads to find a solution, and find a solution they did! Hallelujah!
