After asking several handymen and professional hardware specialists, I decided to try one more time…read moreto find someone who could attach a "hanger" to a decorative mirror after the original (from Uttermost brand) broke off for no apparent reason.None of the other handymen could come up with a solution to rehang it. I was told by Uttermost that I would have to buy a new mirror! I thought I was going to have to "junk" the expensive mirror that I'd really gotten attached to at the end of our dining room. Rudolf and Bruno took about five minutes looking at the mirror, its backing and frame. I could see the wheels turning in their heads to find a solution, and find a solution they did! Hallelujah! I thought it would require welding but they came up with another creative and super sturdy option. I was very happy with their professionalism, friendliness, efficiency and pricing and would not hesitate to call on them again for almost any other house project.

Outstanding Finished Product and Professional Installation:…read more After months of researching security doors throughout the Las Vegas area, I decided to go with Amazing Iron Works for a completely custom front security door for my home in Pahrump. From the very beginning, I wasn't looking for a standard catalog door. I had a unique modern design in mind and wanted something that would become a true architectural feature of my home. I'll be completely honest because I believe reviews should help future customers. The communication during my project wasn't always what I had hoped for. After my initial measurements, several weeks went by without an update, and I eventually reached out to check on the status of my order. Since this was a custom project, I would have appreciated more proactive communication and a copy of the final approved design before fabrication. The biggest surprise came when I saw the door in raw steel before powder coating. I have to admit, I was genuinely concerned. Seeing unfinished steel in a fabrication shop is very different from looking at a rendering, and I wasn't convinced it was going to be what I had envisioned. I even questioned whether I had made the right decision. Thankfully...I was wrong. Once the door was powder coated in the beautiful dark copper vein finish and professionally installed, my entire opinion changed. The craftsmanship is excellent, the powder coating came out beautiful, and the installation crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. The door opens and closes as smooth as butter, the fit is excellent, and it completely transformed the appearance of my front entry. The installation team clearly took pride in their work, and it shows. Custom projects naturally come with a little anxiety because you don't truly see the finished product until the very end. In my case, the finished result exceeded my expectations, and I'm genuinely happy with the investment. I also appreciate Edgar reaching out after the installation to follow up. That meant a lot and gave me the opportunity to let him know how pleased I was with the finished product. To everyone involved in the fabrication, powder coating, and installation. Thank you. Your workmanship speaks for itself. If you're considering a custom security door and understand that every custom project is a process, I would absolutely recommend Amazing Iron Works. Thank you again for helping make the entrance to my home something I'm proud of.

After getting quotes from four other companies, Hugo's pricing was the most competitive while still delivering exceptional quality. What really impressed me was that he followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

There were a couple of negative Yelp reviews that caught my attention, however, my neighbor was happy with their project and wholeheartedly recommended them. I reached out to get an appointment and met with Hugo who worked with me on my design. This design still allowed Nevada Power access to the meter while protecting the poorly designed electrical panel locking system. As you can see in the photo, the original panel had a flimsy plastic door protecting the main switch which can easily be pried off. This new lock allows better protection from thieves attempting to shut the power down. Hugo was easy to reach via text during the process and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

It wasn't just a gate, it was a statement piece that elevated our home. I worked with Garry throughout the process, and his customer service was outstanding. Honestly, the saddest part about selling our house was having to leave that gate behind. This project was completed in 2021, and even though this review is long overdue (I thought I had already written one!), the fact that I still think about their work says everything. If you're looking for beautiful, high-quality custom work with great communication and fair pricing, Custom Customs is the way to go.
