Everything you need for a cozy and relaxing stay. Gorgeous and quiet grounds. Would have liked more comfortable lounging furniture in the cabin but plenty of quiet nooks on the grounds for sitting and enjoying a peaceful view.

My second time in a cabin and was very nervous driving to welcome valley village. My family and I decided to have a glamping trip as they know I would never actually camp. I was pleasantly surprised, how beautiful the cabin was and how clean it was. When you first arrive the owners are very sweet and helpful. The property overall is very well kept. They have many cabins on property. We rented two cabins to host eleven people. The first one was smaller, nice size kitchen, two rooms downstairs and an upstairs with four little beds. The cabin I stayed in was a lot bigger and everything was on housed on the second floor. We had two bedrooms, one had a bunk bed with a regular sized bed. The views are terrific and having a campfire right outside your cabin is amazing. A little weird to have a hot tub in the middle of the living room but hey, it works. The kids loved it as it was the play area for them, without getting into anyone's way. Overall, will definitely be returning!

This is our second stay at Welcome Valley Village and we stayed in the same cabin... Cherokee Ridge. It sits off by itself on top of a little hill. At night, you can sit on the front porch & listen to all the critters. But once inside, it's nice & quiet. The air conditioning kept it so comfy inside as well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that do take-out due to COVID-19, one being Italian that had really good pasta dishes. The cost for this place is super reasonable, considering you have a whole cabin to yourselves. It's decorated so sweetly & makes you feel right at home. It's very clean and nicely furnished. We will definitely be coming back!

Lots of personal touches make this place great. Everything was clean and welcoming. The owners are flexible and accommodating. The location is close to hiking and lots of outdoor activity places for rafting and adventure. We stayed in the fall and it was perfectly comfortable and cozy. The pictures say it all. Wifi available but it's not fast. They note there were no faster options in that area. It's in the mountains after all. Dishes, pots and pans and everything you need to make a fire are waiting. The outdoor fireplace kept the evening warm enough to enjoy some peace and quiet before bed. The master bed is pretty soft which is great if your young and spry. Not for ailing backs. The loft is great for 2-4 kids or 2 adults. And fun. :) We already see ourselves coming back.

I never liked the outdoors that much but the atmosphere and cabin made it feel so comforting.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very happy that our small dog was allowed to join us. The staff shared with us that they allow dogs on tritoons, canoes, some stand-up paddleboards, the fishing boat, and select pontoons. Arrangements should be made in advance, especially pontoon rentals, so plan accordingly. The day came, and we checked in for our reservation. We were kindly greeted and given the rundown and took care of the paperwork. Afterward, we looked around the marina main office at the souvenir goodies provided such as t-shirts, mugs, stickers, and a few locally made items displayed. They also have items like sunscreen, snacks, and sandals available to purchase. A restroom on the outer of the building is provided, so take advantage before boarding your boat rental. The pontoon boat we rented ($180 for four hours on a weekday) was practically brand new and perfectly maintained. It was very clean and had a nice setup. The staff provided a map of the lake along with some tips on where to find the rope swings and the islands you could park at. If you visit the islands, be aware there's red dirt. Be sure to clean your feet before boarding the boat again to avoid any cleaning fee after you bring the boat back to the marina. We had a great experience that made repeat customers out of us. Beautiful, clean, and quiet lake, friendly and helpful staff, tip top boat rental with affordable pricing, AND dog friendly- great all around, and we highly recommend.

The room #6 was very small but it was also very quaint. I spent most of my time outside on trails and just enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The staff and everyone has been so polite and so gracious and I look forward to coming back possibly in the winter months. Our rafting guide Ginny was AMAZING. As it turns out it was only me and one of my best friends who went down the trip with one guide. With only two in the raft we knew that it would be a wild ride. We did everything she told us to do and had the best day ever! #girltrip. Thank you Ginny!!

I feel sorry for anyone that gives them their credit card information. they riddle it and you can't stop them. The place is very substandard. It's just an upscale motel 6 but hit your credit card $160 a night was your rate, and look at the photo I attached they've charged me almost $800 and they've not stopped I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran been fighting cancer for 17 years I was on my way to the mayo clinic and I needed to stop, and I stopped at this hotel 160 a night. I'm a season traveler that gets you a suite and separate bathroom this place has neither, very small room pictures are 100% tricky my room look nothing like this. Nothingnot even close I could not sleep on the bed. I was gonna stay e tend my stay, but I could not sleep on the bed. It is wore out it does not support your body right ask for another room in it. You have would think I was asking to talk to Donald Trump anyways don't be fooled by their photos. They do not mimic their rooms. No way not even come close. That is what I base my decision on when I decided to stay there only to find out after they got my mone lit's tricky and they're even advertising 120 a night rate but when you get there, it's almost 170 and my case was $800 for one night I just checked out and went next-door Holiday Inn express seeing how they want to be like these brand-name quality hotels incredible. I figured I'd give them business alot of tricky and. scamming I wonder how they're gonna respond to this. I'm sure it will be pretty lame and textbook excuse but entertaining. I'm still trying to see what this magnolia farms connection is why they're cross marketing it but this hotel is destroying their brand also so they may want to take a step back and look at that. Onward!

What kind of management is this?
