However -- a big problem: We wash our clothes scent-free due to a family member's asthma and allergies. Put in a load of laundry, used our own unscented Tide Free & Gentle liquid detergent, and the load came out strongly scented. I don't know if this is due to a previous person's load leaving scented residue, or if the establishment "freshens" the washers with something scented. We use this laundromat for heavy loads, or if we have a problem with our home machine. Unfortunately, we won't be able to patronize this location again due to the residual fragrance left in our laundry. It will take weeks or re-washing and hanging outside to try to remove it. Prior to the new ownership, we never had this issue.

When I was traveling around the U.S. (and then some) for security conferences and security site reviews, I would drop off 20-30+ lbs of laundry, sometimes really sweaty workout t-shirts, clothes that could almost walk by itself and more than occasions, a few pairs of 5.11 pants that were so caked in mud that I thought they were completely trashed, but fear not... These instances were no challenge for the staff at JetXpress Laundry. Just like the sign says at the door, two minutes to drop off laundry and two minutes to pick it up again. The turnarounds were never an issue, and sometimes when I knew I might have to jet out someplace, and didn't take care of my laundry, they were able to wash and fold it often within the same day.
