just avoid this this... after having laminate done by Dr Lee who shows up every Tuesday to this location now I'm having to have three implants due to this procedure! Went to Dr. Lee for a few complaints of my gum bleeding and he just brushed it off like it was nothing. After checking with a few other dentist, they all came out with the same diagnose to having too much gap between my teeth and the laminate and had infection on all three. This place only looks to make money off patients and absolutely zero responsibility after you pay. My husband actually had a root canal at this location as well by Dr. Lee and he had to extract and get an implant as well. I don't normally leave reviews, but Dr. Lee behavior and how they treat the patients it's not acceptable. Go there at your own risk. read more

My father went to this place for emergency due to pain on 2 loose premolars on the bottom. He has had periodontal problems and bone loss for years and he is aware that eventually he will need dentures which 2 different previous dentists have warned him about. After the extractions, the doctor proceeded to recommend something different--dentures but only if he first does a crown on a tooth which would be $1000 paid out of pocket. He didn't even mention a cleaning which my dad is actually in need of and said the next appointment is the crown... The 2 different dentists we went to have told us previously that doing non-elective work on his teeth is not a good idea. We asked for his x-ray to be sent to us so we can get an opinion elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to tell us that we need to pay $25 for them to even email us his x-rays. Why are necessary procedures being skipped but money being charged for standard service? I don't want to say anything too bad but I definitely won't be recommending this place. read more

New client at this dentistry, great customer service. Went in for a general cleaning and to advise on a broken tooth. Ended up getting referral to get my wisdom tooth extracted. After it healed I came back to start the process of getting a root canal and a crown. I liked how they didn't want to rush and do everything in one session. Very kind and very professional. Super welcoming when I step foot in the office. I recently got a root canal and I felt like I needed the extra numbing because I wanted to be sure I didn't feel any pain, and they were so understanding and gave me a little more to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I have been coming here since I was child and I always look forward to coming here for my dental visits. I also want to add that as a college student, it can be difficult to afford dental care, but they are affordable and also offer CareCredit which I really appreciate. Avoid this dental practice. They put the wrong crown in my father's mouth. He had to follow up with an additional appointment which caused further injury. Needless to say, he is trying to get it properly fixed with another dentist but is still in pain. And to top it all off, they are unprofessional and unkind. Negative stars! read more

I only went here bc its across the street from my house. Disgusting outdated facility, ,and the rude staff make it even uglier. They tried to extort me to buy a deep cleaning for $400 cash and refused to do a regular cleaning that my insurance covered. I need a cleaning regardless if I cant afford a deep cleaning and i should be entitled to that since my insurance covers it . Going to report them to ADA for unethical practice. And I'm calling my insurance to report them as well. read more

This is my experience at 1201 N. Eulid Street Anaheim, Ca. Would not recommend this office! The office manager name MARIGERLY MONZON is beyond RUDE! The owner of this place needs to know and have this lady replaced Immediately!!!. She does not have any professional manner for holding this title!!! I took my 2 kids here for their appointment. I was there early around 9:35am. Marigerly so called office manager was on her personal phone call for a good 20+ minutes while I was standing at the counter waiting to ask her a simple question. She simple ignored me. When she got off the phone she said the office is not open till 10am. I understand that but for noticing I'm standing at the counter for over 20 minutes and just ignored me??? Indeed the office open at 10am on a Tuesday but if she's going to be on her personal call she needs to have the office closed. And if its opened than she needs to service them with respected. She turned around and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for her manager she said she is the only manager and threw her business card on the counter. I was like OMG why are you so RUDE??? She replied back and said do you still want to be seen? How on hell would I tolerated someone so rude and bad attitude. It's sad and disturbing the way she handle herself towards patients, especially when she is not even the doctor. And for her to hold this Office Manager position I can't imagine her attitude toward employees under her? My sister said the same thing, she brought her 4 kids here and the office manager, same lady treated her very rudely! Its funny that left numerous messages for the owner of this place to call me Name is Su Kim(or something of that name) NEVER ONCE I got a return call. These days it is hard to find a dentist you can trust. I am so glad I have found this place. The owner Dr. Young Kim is all about patient care. I was surprised that he even treated me outside of office hours and even on weekends. He recommended a treatment plan where I could save money instead of going for the implant that I wanted. Dr. Christine, the office dentist, has the soft touch and always made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. Of course, Marigely, the office manager, is instrumental in the smooth operation of this business. She is very helpful and patient in explaining the treatment plan and the options available. Nancy, the dental assistant, is excellent at her work doing the x-ray and the prep work for the temporary crown and/or bridge. Every time I visit this office I feel I am part of the family and not just one of the patients. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I have recommended this office to my friends and relatives and I will continue to do so. read more

Happy Birthday! May 15th. A year ago I went to this location at 1201 N. Euclid because it was the closest dentist to my house. They took x-rays, and gave me an examination. I went in to get full dentures. They said it would be about 4 weeks until my insurance approved the work. They would call me at that time. After 7 weeks, I returned to the office to see what was happening. They said it was not approved yet and that they would call me. I returned home and called my insurance co. and asked what the delay was. They said they had received and paid the bill for the x-rays and exam. No other work was waiting for approval. So I returned to the office. To find out what the deal was. They said that they would look into the matter and let me know. Well, a year later and they still have not called. This dentist does not care, and continues to not care a full year later. STAY AWAY.... In October, I went to a real American dentist and he did the work without waiting for my insurance to approve. It only took 5 weeks from the first time I saw him until I had my finished dentures. And they look great! So I am really glad that Welcome Dentistry ! is so poorly run. read more
