I brought it up to the staff and, instead of accepting that I was pursuing criminal investigation after being a victim of stalking, they began interrogating me and asking impertinent questions. Most of the walkers were extremely kind and helpful to my dogs. I hope they go to a better run business. The owner is very nosy and made numerous uncomfortable comments about my personal life over the years. I tried to brush it off because she was kind and good to my dogs. I am very saddened by these events and hope the other walkers I had good experiences with go elsewhere. Edit: I honestly am relieved not to be using these services anymore. I was already comparison shopping because they raise prices with no notice, but I was staying loyal to a company that treated my dogs well. I only became "hostile" when I started getting interrogated. No one asked a bunch of nosy dog walkers to be Nancy Drew. Michelle also cut my dog Vincent's whiskers multiple times after I repeatedly told her not to. She has consistently misgendered me every single time I've seen her in person in the last 5 years (I'm a transgender man). I'm honestly surprised she remembered my pronouns long enough to reply accurately to this review. Not LGBTQ+ affirming, though most of the staff are. Her most recent walker Heidi left dog pooped covered cloths for me to me to deal with after she didn't see the paper towels in clear view in my kitchen.
