It was so bad, I could not even get a word in to help defuse the situation and discuss the issue. He then told me I needed to find someone else to get my work done. I was dumbfounded by his actions as the company president. Frankly, I would not recommend this company. The staff is young and immature and I do not think they can be trusted. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service.
