I've been very pleased with both their service and their caregivers. The office staff is responsive and quick to answer questions, and every caregiver we've had has been kind, capable, and helpful. One caregiver in particular deserves special recognition: Arthur. On his first visit, he arrived while I was rushing to get ready for dinner with friends and still needed to prepare my husband for the evening. Arthur immediately stepped in without hesitation and took over so I could leave on time. He was wonderful with my husband and handled everything with calm confidence. I contacted admissions here at inspire and told them our situation and as soon as they heard that we were on the streets stranded with no way back home they had a uber on its way to pick us up their main concern was our safety they said we will get things figured out when we got to their facility. as soon as we got in the doors the staff immediately offered us something to eat just kind of relax take a breath. When you enter the home, you see a clean, beautifully decorated living room/dining room that serves as a family welcoming and visiting area for residents. You may encounter tempting smells coming from the kitchen since the caregivers prepare all meals on-site. The kitchen and resident home-style kitchen table dining area and the TV/Great Room area, are the heart of the home where residents can meet to eat their meals and then relax and watch their favorite TV shows or movies. Here the caregivers supervise activities such as card games, adult coloring, Bingo and putting together puzzles. There is a lovely backdoor patio and yard that invites the residents to enjoy some sunshine and visit together outside. There are spots for 6 residents and that gives a ratio of 1 caregiver for every 3 residents which reassured me that my mom's needs would be met and she would be under constant supervision. The caregivers speak English and Spanish and are easy to understand so communication is not a problem. They also take care and pride in their appearance and greet you with a welcoming smile. I can't say enough about the love and care, laughter and fun, and respect and empathy that all the caregivers showed not only to my mom but also to me when I'd visit.
