I have my bathroom renovated with the snowwhite marble pieces, it looks remarkable. So smooth... I had a renovation, like three years ago, so, but I can't tell costly about this place at all. The building is little, there isn't much stuff, trust me, all, and you will feel comfortable to think of what you want in a fast way. Hardwood designs are out there. At first I had a good experience because after walking about for 20 mins a sales person came to "help". I know they are a business but he was very dismissive of what we were actually looking to have in our kitchen. He was more concerned with selling counter tops and cabinets and ignoring the fact that we wanted space to have a dishwasher and less bottom cabinets. I appreciated him taking our measurements, showing us a rendering and giving us pricing. That's about it. Would have actually purchased if he put our plans into consideration instead of his sales plans first. read more

This is the place to go when you are doing bath or kitchen renovations. Ceramic tiles are cheaper than what you find in regular tile stores or home improvement centers. Quantities and selections are plentiful even though they are salvaged or surplus. Bath fixtures and kitchen cabinets are also available in showroom. Most of the time I get a 10% discount when I have a large purchase or talk to one of the sales managers there. Great return policy with anything you buy. read more

I purchased my fabuwood indigo galaxy cabinet from weisman on McDonald Ave in brooklyn. My sales guy was charles phillip he is very honest, knowledgeable and caring. I probably drove him nuts but he saw my project from start to finish. The quality of the cabinets was more than I expected. Phillip takes his time with you I never felt rushed on any visit. So a few days after the delivery, we realized the cabinet door delivered was the wrong model. I called the store and the sales person did send me the right one, but it had cost me some additional labor to ask the contractor to remove it and re-install the right door. Another thing that I discovered too late is that they opened one of the doors in the wrong direction. I did not notice it until the contractor drilled holes for the handle on the wrong side. By that time, it was too late to return or replace it. I had to learn to live with it. At least it is the least noticeable one in the entire kitchen... Lessons learned: I really appreciate the pricing and the service was decent, but you really get what you paid for. So check your items carefully when they are delivered. read more

Came here 30 minutes before closing time and I was lucky enough to get the assistance of Henry. He showed me the wide selection of ceramic tiles they had in the store. I was shopping around for deals to work on my kitchen backsplash. Henry was very knowledgeable and had the patience to walk me through - supplies and what pattern would complement my kitchen well. He didn't even mind having to stay later than closing hours until I was satisfied with my purchase. My husband and I visited Weisman this past Saturday, I was there earlier in the week and fell in love with a floor tile for my bathroom. My goal on Saturday was to buy a very light gray wall tile to complement the floor tile and purchase a toilet. Took a couple of minutes to get help but when I did we was so pleased with Kevin. Kevin was knowledgeable and seem to understand the vision/contrast I wanted for our bathroom. We purchased the floor and the wall tiles and a toilet. Customer service was great! read more

If I can give them zero stars I would. went in there on a Sunday afternoon the place was Dead. The Female cashier was at the register Texting, another worker was walking around with a paper and pen and the 3rd worker was sitting on a stack of tiles Texting on his phone. I asked him a Question about a tile, without him even looking up to acknownledge me he continued to Text away on his phone and Barked the answer NO to me. I walked out the store. Word to the wise: avoid Weisman cabinets. Shoddy construction. All of the doors and drawer fronts are crooked. Update: After tinkering with the hinge adjustments, I finally took a few of the doors off and re-drilled the holes where they were attached to the cabinets. Looks a lot better. HOWEVER, we've had the cabinets for about a month, and the edge-glued drawer facings have begun to split. Also, some of the shelves have begun to warp a bit. If you're looking for quality, this isn't the place. If you're looking to save money, this isn't the place. We priced out cabinets and countertops at Ikea for fraction of the cost of Weisman cabinets. Unfortunately, our landlord has a relationship with Weisman, so this is what we wound up with. read more

So we ventured deep into BK to find tiles..a contractor we recently spoke to recommended Weisman. Once your subway stops start turning becoming alphabetic..i.e. Ave. I, you are pretty deep into BK!They have everything from tiles..to grout..to $20 toilets and custom counter tops and cabinets. The cabinets are a little to old school for my tastes...but it was interesting just to look! I have to say, their counter top prices are the best thus far that I have found..so I'll be going back to investigate some more! Renovations can be very overwhelming...there is so much choice, so it was nice having some direction and someone to help us stay on track. It's right by the subway, so if you don't have a car, it's really not that bad to get here..its a long trip, but not terrible! read more

Went to Weisman today to purchase kitchen cabinets. The staff was great. I received personal attention from Juan. I got everything I needed at a GREAT PRICE. My only problem was that they don't provide delivery service. One employee offered to deliver my things for $75. However Mark stated he could could fit everything into my car. It took 2 trips but hey $75 is $75 lol. So I tipped him $20. I will definitely be returning there in the future. read more

The service is great everytime we go to the store in the Brooklyn & Springfield area. They don't manufacture any of the items they sell so I don't feel they should be held responsible for problems with the quality, what they do control is how they deal with an unsatisfied customer, and to date I haven't had any issues with customer service. I've ordered special order tiles for 2 bathrooms and they were beautiful in the display and even better in person and when installed. They called for pick up and helped us load, everything was great. I ordered preassembled wood cabinets, they sell a few different brands. Another reviewer mentions the doors and drawers being crooked and they are right, some are so obviously poorly put together and some may go unnoticed until you look closer. The other reviewer also explained how to fix it, which is what they explained to us when we went back to the store. At the store they did say if we were unable to fix it we can bring them back, my hubby decided we should fix them instead of uninstalling them and go through that big hassle. The cabinets look beautiful but I don't like that I paid for assembly & the company did such a shabby job. Now I know to check before installing and so do you if you're reading these reviews prior to installing any cabinets that you've purchased or are planning on purchasing. I have had worse experiences at home depot so the cabinet issue is not a deal breaker for me. read more

Worst customer experience that I ever had. Buyers please stay away from this store especially the one in queens on Springfield blvd. they had a sales representative by the name of philip who was very lazy and incompetent of over seeing my order. I ordered the nexus frost collection by fabuwood, which was decent. The nightmare wasn't so much the merchandise, it was the lying,lazy, incompetent, misrepresented service that I recieved. Cabinets came damage, missing, I even had cabinets orders of the wrong size and missing skins. My husband and I had to make several trips from new hyde park to sit there for anywhere from two - three hours the most at each visit. It was so bad that I ended up in the emergency room stressed out from all the talking and back and forth. They put me on Valium. To this day, I still not have fully receive my whole order, and I'm still missing damage doors. My cabinet installer is still unable to install my handles due to this mess. People I warn you to stay away from that store. It was the worst customer experience that I'd receive while I was renovating my kitchen. Actually ever. My brother is next to do his kitchen. I will be sure to steer him in another direction. Please steer away from this store. Nothing good for me came out of it. read more
