We've bought 3 homes and sold 3 homes with Doron and his team over the past decade, and every experience has been smooth with strong outcomes. Doron is knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely looks out for his clients. He is very quick with communication and response times, which made the entire process feel seamless. I always felt comfortable and at ease throughout each transaction. He guided us through each step of the process and made what can be overwhelming feel manageable. He's especially strong on market strategy and pricing, and he's a skilled negotiator who consistently helped us get favorable terms. We highly recommend Doron and his team for anyone buying or selling in the Greater Seattle area. Thanks again Doron! read more

We were referred to Ashley by a friend of ours, and she was awesome! We worked with north Ashley an Doron who explained the entire home buying process in terms that made sense to someone who's never done it before. Ashley worked hard to help find us a home that was perfect for us, and was honest when there were homes we liked, but were maybe not worth it. She really took time to understand our needs and wants. I'd recommend working with Ashley and her team if you are looking for a smooth experience where you are understood and truly cared for. read more

From understanding the home buying process, loan estimates, and home viewings, our experience with Weisbarth & Associates was truly a breeze. Our realtor, Ashley, was a dream to work with throughout the home buying process. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, she was there for us every step of the way with answers and support. She made herself available at odd hours after our normal work day, was prompt at scheduling house tours, and helped navigate negotiations with the sellers. Ashley was knowledgeable during the tours and inspection process which helped put us at ease while making a huge financial decision of buying a house. If we ever go through the home buying process again we will definitely be leveraging Weisbarth & Associates! read more

After talking to so many agents, I came across Doron Weisbarth. Doron is someone who doesn't cut corners and invests in the property to set it up for success. We had a great experience working with Doron, Laura, and his staging and escrow teams. Doron was very communicative with us, so we always felt informed in every stage of the process, from preparing the house to list all the way through closing. We appreciated Doron's honesty and feedback, plus he was an adept negotiator. We felt like everything was well-coordinated and done efficiently. Thanks for being an excellent partner in selling our home! read more

We had a great experience selling our home with Doron in Seattle WA. It was our first time selling a home and were very nervous and slightly overwhelmed at the process.... Until we met with Doron. He was super communicative and walked us through the whole process, setting transparent expectations upfront, walking us through his marketing plan and giving advice on when and how to list to capture the best price in addition to going above and beyond to coordinate everything leading up to our list date. We had a million questions and Doron walked us through all of them making sure we were comfortable with the process along the way. Once listed, we were able to sell our house for a price above our initial expectations and closed quickly and smoothly. Working with Doron made a situation that could have been stressful a very smooth, easy and enjoyable process. I would recommend Doron to anyone looking for a realtor in Seattle WA. read more

I couldn't be more appreciative of Doron's expertise, time spend, responsiveness and patience throughout the process. I never once got even a hint that he was concerned with expedience, his interests, or anything but the best outcomes for our family. I think Doron is just a real estate nerd in the best way, he is interested regardless of the price range, type of dwelling, or what's in it for him. I have confidence in this statement as I have worked with him twice at very different price ranges and with over a decade passed between. Of the many second guesses throughout the process of buying a house I never had any WRT our agent! read more

The realtors at Weisbarth & Associates are professional, responsive, and their expertise in the business and region helped us find our perfect home. They always picked up the phone and made time for us when we had questions during the process. We felt like we had the A-team who were instrumental in closing the deal. read more

I wish I could give Doron 10 stars! 1. It was a pleasure working with Doron and his team! 2. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an amazing agent contact Doron. 3. Doron is the one who will recommend what is best for YOU and not for him. Multiple times I wanted to sell my property, and Doron was the one who told me that it was not the right time. 4. The process was easy, clear and he was always proactive. Good Luck! read more

Doron and his team did a great job presenting our home for sale. The end-to-end process was deliberate, logical and most importantly, it produced good results. The hardest part of the process was having to select from multiple offers that were all above asking price. Thanks, Mike P. read more

Doron is an exceptional real estate agent and fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He has extensive knowledge of the area and a keen understanding of the forces impacting the market. He was extremely responsive and timely with his communication and provided fantastic advice when considering offers. Mary Cha was a huge asset to have in selling our house. She was so responsive and supportive through the whole process from beginning to end. We officially closed on our dream home last month after working with Doron and the Weisbarth associates since the summer. This will be our second home purchased with Doron; my husband bought his first townhome in 2019 and we knew well before we were seriously interested in buying again that we'd be working with Doron again (and again). Whether you are a first time buyer, downsizing, looking for something larger, or selling, you can be sure that you will be 100% happy working with this team. Some highlights and anecdotes worth sharing which were important to us: - It is a tough market. Low inventory and rising interest rates meant we needed a true expert to manage our expectations on timing and ultimately close quickly. With decades of experience and a large network of contacts, Doron was able to leverage subject matter expertise to advise on historic trends for influx of inventory, and simply be a sounding board to us when emotions were running high to ensure we stayed grounded and aligned on our true north. - To my previous point, Doron gave us so much patience. It took ~5 months to find the RIGHT house for us. That's not to say we didn't find other houses that we thought were right. There were several times we considered extending an offer, or went through the process of putting together an offer which (fortunately) did not work out. In those instances, we were being pushed on our baseline needs or even price range. It would have been easier for Doron to push us toward buying a house and getting a deal closed. However, there are several times which I can recall where he told us the (too expensive) home was beyond our budget, or gave us a genuine, solicited, advice on his point of view with flags or features in a home that he didn't care for (I.e. too dark, or something he thinks we would grow out of in a few years). Doron is direct and sincere. On a few occasions, family was in town when we went to look at houses together. They noted how "un-pushy" the experience was and how we all learned a lot (i.e. what to look for on low quality house flips, quality build, creative ideas for home renos). - When we *did* find the perfect home, there were several competing offers and it was really neck and neck. Doron shared network contacts, specifically a known and trusted lender who would be able to support a ~14 day close period, which was a lever that helped our offer to be selected. Since closing, Doron has continued to check in, offer insight, and provide additional recommendations on contacts (flooring, contractors etc). Our experience working with this team was so enjoyable. In fact, I told my husband "I'm going to miss hanging with Doron" on weekends. We absolutely recommend others to work with this team the next time they are considering purchasing or selling in the greater Seattle market. read more

I was buying my first home, and Doron was a fantastic agent. He ensured I knew everything I needed, told me what to look out for in homes, and gave his honest opinion about any homes I toured. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very encouraging throughout the entire process. Ultimately, I feel confident and satisfied with my home decision. He was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend Doron! read more

We recently used Doron Weisbarth to sell a property in the Greenwood area and were very pleased with the whole process. His knowledge of the area was a big part of why we chose him to represent us and that meant we put the property on at a price that was fair to attract the right buyer. He was very responsive to any questions we had and was easy to work with. The team was professional and kept in touch whenever there was news. From negotiating the first offer to the day of closing, we felt he had our best interests in mind. We feel that we sold the property at a great price and in a relatively short time frame. Isn't that the goal of any home sale? We are happy to recommend Doron and his team. read more

We worked with Doron for several months on a planned re-location to the Seattle area. He was enormously helpful in helping us identify neighborhoods that were appealing to us and convenient to things like parks, shopping and entertainment. At all times Doron was available via phone, text and emails with near immediate response to our questions and suggestions. Once we decided on a house, Doron demonstrated his experience in this market and in these challenging times. We were able to make an offer, open escrow and close the sale with zero issues. Because of Doron's experience we were able to bid intelligently and get a great price in a market that is extremely competitive. At all times Doron was professional, warm and ready with a sharp sense of humor. We would heartily recommend him and his team for any real estate transaction you may need. read more

Doron was awesome to work with. We are first time home buyers, and he did a great job thoroughly explaining the whole process. Doron looked at many homes with us, and consistently went out of his way to act quickly when we expressed interest in a property. Most importantly, he was always honest, and told us when he thought a home was not going to be a good fit. When it got to the offer stage, Doron quickly prepared an offer on a Saturday, which was accepted the same day without waiving any contingencies. We spent about 3 months looking for a home, and are incredibly happy that we waited for the perfect home to show up. Thank you Doron! read more

I felt SO lucky to have had Doron handle the sale of our home. As soon as we met with him I knew the stars had aligned and the universe had sent us the perfect person for the job! Doron was intensely knowledgeable about every step and detail in the process of selling our home. I truely do not believe we would have had the sale we ended with, without him. And that sale was very satisfying to both parties! I honestly can't imagine ever wanting to work with a different realtor! The only thing that could disappoint me about Doron and his team is if I were to move out of state, he and his team wouldn't move with me. I cherish his help like gold! read more

I worked with Debbie from Weisbarth & Associates when buying my first home, and it was a faster and smoother experience than I could have ever imagined. I'm still awestruck by how dedicated Debbie was and that only 48 hours after meeting her, I got my offer accepted on my dream home! She accommodated meetings around my work schedule, so we first met on a Sunday evening, and the next day I wanted to tour a home that I fell in love with online. They were not scheduling any more showings since they knew they were already going to get multiple offers, but Debbie was able to change their minds and get us a showing, and then she worked nonstop to get me coordinated with a pre-inspection and a pre-approval, and also to craft a competitive offer - all before the Tuesday deadline to submit offers. Although I picked a home that required such a tight turnaround, Debbie was not deterred in the slightest and still always took the time to ensure that I fully understood every step of the process. Her close connections with trusted inspectors and lenders were also crucial in helping us make all of the deadlines. She was an absolute joy to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough! read more

I am a repeat customer of Doron Weisbarth's company as buyer and both Seattle transactions were a horrible experience. I speak from experience working with several other brokers. Transaction #1 I was basically totally unassisted throughout the entire process. To this day, no one at the Company has even seen the property throughout the entire buying process, even though they were hired from the start. They ordered the inspection, which they did not oversee and I later found a big hole in the wall and half the electrical sockets didn't work, which was not brought to my attention. I nearly lost my earnest money deposit since Doron's company convinced me to waive financing contingency yet the lender hadn't even began underwriting me (the lender admitted in writing that I really did almost lose it). They didn't have the required edits made to closing papers by closing day despite written instruction way ahead of time. No one from their company, lender, title/escrow, or even a notary showed up on closing day two separate times. Transaction #2 - Doron told me that his company ordered the title report (jointly with the seller), yet the order omitted the second parcel number associated with the property. As a result, title did not transfer for the other parcel, and it was not covered by title insurance, and cost me a ton of money in legal fees to fix when it was discovered years later. He committed in writing that he would contribute towards those costs so long as other parties to the transaction also did. But when several others contributed more than half, he refused to follow his promise (in all fairness he did offer a pittance of 2% of my legal costs, and under the condition that I give the entire amount to charity and also commit to doing more business with him). Doron then began berating me with text messages personal attacks, including anger for not doing another deal with him while this was all under investigation (he took the liberty of looking up my personal assets, which is totally inappropriate). He also claimed that this is all okay because he did a lot of other good. Including taking credit for market appreciation after the purchase (???) and also finding the property off market, however both were incorrect, It was on the market and I had found it online and brought it to him. He did spend some time on the phone with me, so I do give him credit for that, but in hindsight it was not to help but rather so he could find a way out of the issue. #3 - Other deals we looked at - Despite constant bragging about finding great deals, they sent me a listing across the street from a property they "helped" me purchase just a week after closing, and didn't think I would notice I had just paid 20% more for the "deal" I bought. On another deal the seller was literally on his deathbed and their Company insisted on continuing to bother him. When I called to complain that this wasn't the right thing to do, Doron just tried to steer the conversation to sell me another property. read more

I met with a couple of different realtors and immediately Doron Weisbarth stood out from the rest. He understood exactly what we were looking for and for us, that was "investing in our first home". As a first time home buyer, Doron and his team made the process extremely easy, uncomplicated, and a whole lot of fun! It goes without saying, that if we were going to purchase another home we would 100% go with Weisbarth & Associates again and I hope you do too! :) read more

Doron and his team helped us buy our condo in 2014, and my husband and I had 100% confidence and trust in him to sell the same condo in 2017. He knows the Seattle area well, and we felt like he'd be able to get the best price for us, which he did. We like his straight forward, no nonsense approach, but still being available to answer questions every step of the way. He understood our desires, which made for easy going discussions. Moving is stressful, but in terms of buying and selling a home, Doron and his team make it almost effortless. Another special thanks to Laura, Transaction Coordinator, for her positive and can-do attitude that made communications a breeze. We moved out of state, but if we decided to move back to Seattle, we would work with Doron again. read more

Doron and his team are extremely knowledgeable, client-focused, and go above and beyond in all regards of buying and selling a house. Not only did they meet our needs, they anticipated them. Doron recently listed and sold our house. We give Doron and his assistant Laura 5 stars on all dimensions without hesitation. They are attentive, professional, and clearly know the local market. The few concerns we had at the beginning of the process were quickly put to rest. For a fairly small company, Weisbarth and Associates has a large number of sales. In the beginning we were concerned that we may get lost in the shuffle. Not so. Doron and Laura's responsiveness could not have been better. Our calls, texts and emails were all returned quickly. We had several long sit-down meetings to discuss house prep, marketing and pricing strategy. We've had realtors on previous home sales tells us upfront what they think they can sell our house for, sometimes months before the house went on the market. Doron's approach is different. Price is best determined very close to the listing date. It takes into account fluid market conditions in individual neighborhoods. This includes the number of pending sales and the number of bidders on those pending sales to give an idea on how many potential buyers are still actively looking. Doron and team arranged a pre-listing home inspection and identified resources for last minute repairs. Doron was present and actively engaged with the photographer during the photo shoot. The photographs were beautiful. Doron created a short marketing video that was impressive. In addition to MLS, our house was marketed on several social media platforms. These all led to a very active open house weekend. We had four bids within 48 hours of listing leading to a sale at significantly above asking. read more

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and team when buying our first house than Doron Weisbarth and the team at Weisbarth and Associates. Doron is thorough, efficient, and truly has his clients' best interests at heart. My partner and I are both full time working parents and Doron was consistently thoughtful and accommodating with our schedules. He is excellent at communication and continues to reach out to us today to make sure we are doing well. As you can imagine, many questions come with being a first-time homeowner. Doron has years of expertise in this area and even after our purchase, has given us helpful guidance on how to set up and maintain our home. This same attention to detail extends to the rest of the team that we worked with at Weisbarth and Associates. We also appreciated working with Doron's home inspection team who made sure we felt comfortable before finalizing our offer which Doron was able to negotiate under asking price. Doron clearly loves what he does and this is evident in the exceptional quality of service he provides. We cannot recommend him enough! read more

Doron was very good to work with in helping us sell our home! He was professional, responded quickly to all our questions and concerns, and we appreciated his patience, humor, candor and marketing skills. We sold our home in just a few days with multiple offers and felt the whole process went very well. We would highly recommend hiring Doron to sell your home! read more

My mother's condo sold TWO HOURS after going on the market, and this was at a time when condos hadn't been selling in the area for three +weeks. Doron and his assistant Laura, the painter, cleaner, stagers and handyperson he recommended did first class work and accommodated the tight schedule we had. Doron checked in with me at every stage and included me in the decision-making about how to price it, what needed to be done to make it most attractive, and when to put it on the market. He and his staff were so responsive--just outstanding to work with. With their help the whole process was so easy on me. We had an extremely negative experience with Mr. Doron Weisbarth. After working with him we feel that he is dishonest and only looking out for his own interests. Due to complications within his firm, he passive-aggressively forced us to work with him (in a politically correct and still legal way). The alternative was to redo months of work so we grudgingly kept working with him. He didn't know much about our file when he entered the picture and we found the house we ended up buying on our own shortly thereafter. During the bidding process, he used our lack of experience (this was our first home purchase) to try and convince us to bid aggressively to his benefit but not ours. We did not fully understand the risk even though he made it seem like he explained them all to us. Luckily we kept in touch with someone we trusted and was informed of our true risk of bidding at the point Mr. Weisbarth was pushing for. Thankfully, we were able to correct our bid in time. During this process, Mr. Weisbarth also disregarded our request to stop contacting us and let someone else represent us. He went as far as telling the selling agent to go through him for all communications despite our wishes. We won the bid with the help of someone else figuring out the details of what was going on and guiding us through it all. Throughout the closing process, someone else helped us with explanations and communications with the mortgage company while Mr. Weisbarth did nothing except give us the keys (which we had to ask him for). I rate his process expertise as masterful because he knows it well enough to know exactly what to say to manipulate inexperienced buyers to his own ends. In other words, he lets his clients take all the risks while he takes none yet he reaps all the benefits of a higher commission, even if it could cost his clients everything they own. read more
