I tell him I am here to pick up photos. They wait until after Mid-day to start printing photos from a backlog of the day before. If you needed something to do when asking me upon arrival how I planned to purchase my items, the photo task should have been a priority upon store open. Then the staff want to argue with a slew of customers who mentioned having received confirmation the day prior of a completed photo order. Never again will I come to this CVS. This could have all been resolved by the staff simply taking accountability and admitting to forgetting to print the days photo orders. Unacceptable!!

There have been plenty of times that I've filled prescriptions at this location only to come back to a line that exceeds the aisle! I understand that a lot of people may have to pick up their prescriptions as well but honestly, the line would move a heck of a lot faster if the pharmacists weren't taking their sweet time and more of them were actually helping customers. You have a line that's going pass the aisle, 3 pharmacists behind the counter and only one is actually helping people! Things would move a lot faster if at least one more person were helping customers and that's the sooner they could get back to whatever they were doing before the line got out of control. They are always pretty nice but the long lines do get really irritating.

They talk to you so arrogantly and condescending. Several times I have had to return as I was not given the correct amounts of pills ordered. They act like I did something wrong. I was questioned about taking some of the medication and then discovering the correct amount was not distributed to me. If they did their job correctly there wouldn't be a problem. These people have the personality of a wet piece of wood.

I walked up to the counter and the 4 people working behind it who could clearly see me acted like I wasn't there for at least 3 minutes and after I noted that I needed allergy medicine, it still took another 2 minutes for them to stop and help me. The woman behind me had been there 3 times that day trying to get back pain medicine and it still wasn't ready. There was no one at the front desk, so the line for the electronic checkout was unnecessarily long. Once I found someone to help me with something behind the front desk, he was at least helpful. CVS (Watkins) has my info in their system, my physician sends my prescriptions directly, and I get a text when it's ready. They offer to mail it for a small fee but I always pick it up. I didn't give 5 stars because the pharmacy line is usually long but it does move fairly quickly. I find the staff pleasant and have never had a problem.

They try to keep the process as low-touch as possible, however with requirements for signatures and such, no touch is impossible so they have hand sanitizer readily available; as a result, we were both appreciative of the professionalism of the team there.
