When I showed up to pick up the cake, the woman working said she did not know which cake I wanted. Fortunately, I was able to give them an additional 24 hours and showed them the picture in their bakery book. I returned the next day to pick up the cake, and this is what I received. When you usually walk in you are funneled down what is essentially their snack aisle. But at this one, you are greeted with the produce section, which I thought was more appropriate. Could also explain why a majority of the produce was picked over or completely gone. I made my way through the store and grabbed everything I needed/wanted and then some. I paid particular attention to the ALDI Finds section just to see if they would have anything extra. I know a lot of people usually just browse over the items that are for the home, but I prefer to go through the food section and pick over items that they don't usually carry. It's always fun to see what food items they don't carry and probably never will again. It's like a game, you might like it, you might not. If you do like it, too bad, you'll never see it again. Checking out was a bit of a stalled area. I did my time in the checkout line. I always somehow come out of here with just two bags, not sure how I do it, but I'm glad I don't go over that amount.
