They keep their aisles filled with merch. Although very busy, it's a smooth process to check out. I also noticed an increase of sampler tables in the store, and their catering & ordering area was manned by two staff members. There is almost nobody in that area during the rest of the year. Almost feels like I am in Costco.

I was so over this visit and service I didn't bother walking back inside because after the phone call and store visit today I was over it! My phone number and all the details were on the original order form yet I never received any phone call or a voicemail clarifying my order. They waited until the time I came to pick it up. Fortunately, I was able to give them an additional 24 hours and showed them the picture in their bakery book. I returned the next day to pick up the cake, and this is what I received. It was actually embarrassing to have at the party.
