Way to keep a crowd entertained! The hosts were fun and the tour was very entertaining. It is definitely a very unique experience; that mixes illusionism, magic and historic tour.

Let's start out by saying that staff and presenters were well prepared and knew their stuff. They've been waiting awhile to do these events again. Good for your team to get back out there! I couldn't set up my appointment for Yelp Elite as there was no space for the promo code, nor were dates specified. Given that we paid a regular amount for the tour, we can review things as they stand. It's important to note that more than half the attendees on this tour were friends of each other who had signed up together. What was unfortunate was that some in that party were either inebriated or simply behaving badly. This was a Sunday afternoon. The tour was interesting and pointed out scenic sights with noted history. The tour itself would be very acceptable. In light of the fact that this is pre-Yelp Elite, we have a few suggestions in preparation for the Yelp events: 1. Consider updating some language used during the tour such as perhaps omitting the comment about 'swinging both ways.' It's pride month, for goodness sake; 2. Staff should have set strategies for dealing with unruly tour group members (who may make the experience unpleasant for other customers); and 3. Avoid commenting that we should be 'tolerant' of unfortunates on the street. The behavior of some tour members was worse than that of any 'unfortunate' on the street. Perhaps, we should be empathetic to those less fortunate. Overall, this was a great warm up to the Yelp events. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Okay 10/10 would do again! I imagine while the base script is the same the interactive parts make each show a bit different. I am definitely arranging my work people to come and any visitors to try this out. Humor, history, and magic... not to emotion u get a good 3k steps in walking off and on downtown in an hours time. So much I could say but I don't want to give away the show... definitely something to try. My contribution was I got to name the space whale downtown "Socks" after my cat... (spacewhale gets a new name every show)... and let me tell you... you get multiple surprises when they close out the show. The show starts with an interactive surprise. And ends with 2... what are they? You will have to go and find out...

The tour was a blast, certainly not for everyone but it was a plesant walk around the Riverwalk with fun jokes and interesting local facts. I am happy I stumbled upon them in the Residence Hotel which also houses The Shore. While getting the tickets was a bit of a kerfluffle for me, when that was sorted it was well worth the admission. It is a cute date idea or good way to spend 80 minutes, as a local it was still informative and fun. If a bit camp-y at times but that made it even better. I look forward to going on the tour again with more people in the future.

If you are looking for something new and unique to do, you have to try Weird Reno. It starts at the Renaissance Hotel in the basement. You get the meet the Hostess and Host. Their entertaining banter describes a little of what you will learn. You walk along the river and are taken back to 1930's Reno. The Host's stories are told in a way the educates and humors. He even gifts you with some light magic. The tour ends back at the Renaissance where you get some more magic that amazed even my skeptic partner. I can't recommend you check this out enough!! It's Magical!!!

My husband and I and another couple did this tour last Saturday. We are long time locals and very familiar with Reno. It was super fun. Our guide was really knowledgeable funny and in illusionist. It makes for a great combination of entertainment while learning local history and going for a nice stroll through downtown Reno. I highly recommend this tour

Fun to do in Reno. Weird Reno is whimsical and educational. Take a short walk through the Downtown Reno Riverwalk area learning fun facts, enjoying magic tricks and groan worthy jokes (so many dad jokes kept me giggling the whole time). We are locals and we very much enjoyed learning new things. If you like history and/or magic and looking for a fun date idea try Weird Reno.

Spent an afternoon with friends and this was a great way to do it. I've lived in Reno my entire life and learned a few interesting facts I'd never heard. Everyone did a great job and the magic was an added bonus. A fun way to see some of the things around Reno and especially loved walking through the old Post Office. A beautiful building with lot'su of history.

What a delightful way to spend a few hours in downtown Reno! This walking tour combines weird Reno history, some magic, a little comedy, lots of audience participation, a dash of showmanship and enough "how in the heck did they do that?!?" moments to make for a truly enjoyable time. The Renaissance is a great jumping off point (plan for drinks or dinner before or after the show) and Kalin and Jinger are the perfect hosts. Great for locals, visitors, families, couples, you name it. Highly recommend!

Last season was my first in over 25 years. I enjoyed myself enough at Heavenly (the Boulder parking lot is 20 minutes from my house in Genoa) that I figured that I could financially do better with my own equipment rather than rentals. Of course, I lot has changed equipment-wise in all that time, and I appreciated the friendly and patient Moment staff giving me concise sizing and model advice that I could use and trust immediately. When I arrived just before 10 AM, there was already a line into the demo tent, including folks who were here a lot earlier. After maybe a 20 minute wait, I arrived with previously obtained model and size information (via email and inside) written down. The guy helping me had a couple options, and after weighing the features, I made my choice. As a Senior Intermediate skier (think groomed blue), I'm sure I was outclassed by many of the downhillers here, but Moment staff quickly put me at ease. Since we arrived at the location just after seeing the above quoted statement, we only did a quick drive by.
