We went opening night and had a good time. It's was slightly hectic, but we understood as it was opening night. We did point out that the location on the ticket was not the correct address per their website. Hopefully they remedied this so others aren't wandering aimlessly in the neighborhood. I believe the two addresses were 875 and 865 Deming with 865 being correct. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a good chat with them while we waited. The scare actors did a good job of being creepy and scary. I believe their site says not recommended for under 8, please adhere to this. There was a parent with two children who were younger and certainly did not enjoy the experience. Poor children might be scarred for life. The labyrinth style haunted house had good scares and creepy thrills. Certainly don't way to give anything away, but I can say we enjoyed it even with the minor hiccups and delayed start. So much fun! We went on their first opening night of the season so they had some kinks to work out. We got started about 20 minutes late but it was worth it! There are 2 specific rooms that were really creepy to me, and I loved it. The woman at the front desk was so nice and made the wait pleasurable. Actors were pretty good and the decor was nice and creepy. It takes about 15 minutes or so to go through if you don't power walk. They also did a good job at sending groups through spaced out well so you didn't run into anyone else. Heads up: They do have to switch venues each year. I had so much fun going to final hour! I will also start off by saying this was my first larger haunted house. I LOVE getting scared and I've gone to smaller ones like high school productions or at pumpkin patches so this was a treat! We stopped by the day after Halloween and there was no line, walked straight in. I was definitely screaming at every jump scare and wasn't sure what to expect. I highly suggest checking this place out! There was basically no line when we got there so we went straight in. Now just be aware this is more of a community/ma&pop shop than your big budget haunt but that shouldn't deter you in the slightest! This was one of the best haunted houses I've gone to. The best part was hands-down the scare actors who all were giving it their absolute best to make the experience truly terrifying. Expect to go through this haunt almost completely by yourself (or with your party) where you will be followed and stalked by scare actors. As for the haunted house itself, they took over an entire industrial warehouse and used every square inch for their haunted maze. Now do note that the maze is mostly made out of plywood sheets but the walls are all painted and there are several different lightly-themed rooms. I say lightly-themed just to keep expectations reasonable, the rooms aren't Universal-Studio quality or even close but in my opinion they still managed to creep me out in a home-made kind of way. You can tell a lot of love went into making this haunt happen and I highly suggest checking it out if you are looking for a good scare and a chance to support this local growing haunt! read more

Definitely not worth $30! I participated as a volunteer actor is this type of warehouse haunted house was I was in highschool , and it was way better than this. The only scary thing is wondering if you were going to walk into an area you weren't supposed to. The displays were few and the lighting so dark that you couldn't see them let alone where you were supposed to walk to. Waiting in line for an hour was very irritating. I bet the people who paid extra to cut to the front of the line were pissed they spent $45 to see that nonsense. Don't waste your money. read more

Very elementary and unorganized haunted house. We showed up after struggling to find the location, to attractions broken and other parts of the house broken as well that forced us to wait an extended period of time to go in. We called to find the address as Yelp and Google had two different addresses. The Google listing stated it was at the Mall, but the Mall is huge (Yelp stayed it was on the other side of town). When we called a person informally answered. We notified them of then complications and they said they would change it, but never did. Simply lacking customer service or care. We paid for VIP, which was erroneous because there was never a line, the place was empty. After, we reached out multiple times to the owner and were never given a response. I would recommend the Dark Corner, Downtown. Good customer service and an amazing haunted house. We are not part of this company, we just saw a distinct difference and wanted to recommend it instead of this place. read more

Another year of success at the Final Hour haunt! Each year they get better and better. From the actors and the amazing characters they play to the special effects and props,the experience as a whole is fucking epic!!! You can tell every actor really puts forth the effort to get into the role they're playing and make your experience as memorable as possible. It will be a different experience for everyone considering the level of scare you can handle, but you're bound to enjoy it and have an awesome time. This is,by far,my most favorite haunt in Reno and imo the best one yet. I've been to them all! Cannot wait to see what next year brings,as from my experience,they continue to grow,add to and widen their horizons on being the most successful and scariest haunt in Nevada. the haunted house was great. loved it. highly disappointed with setting a time and waiting 30 minutes longer than the time. also, extremely disappointed that I purchased VIP passes, got absolutely nothing out of it. there was a cardboard sign laying against the wall saying "VIP" with an arrow. when I finally reached the staff I asked what you got from the VIP passes and they told me I should have walked straight to them. there was nothing indicating this and it was an extremely crowded line very difficult to just get around people. seemed very disorganized but the house was great. read more

Had a great experience and honestly much you gotta give a break to the smaller haunted houses that are trying to get bigger would definitely recommend this over dark corner as the haunted house is more interactive and got scared multiple times and with this only being the 2 year I think they have been open it is really good hope to see it back next year with more updates to better the experience!! read more

I went last year when it was in the CVS in sparks and it was great. Even came back for a second time and brought my kids. I was so looking forward to this year and the new location and we went few days ago. They grew way way way out of their means. The new warehouse is huge and they used 90% of the same props and scares from last year so it was all very predictable. It's so big you're walking 50% of the time down hallways in the dark with no idea what's going on and no actors scaring you. They don't have nearly enough actors to make it entertaining and it's just not good. Then at the end when you expect the last scare the actor wasn't paying attention and saw us walking up and so "oh hey I didn't see you there you guys wanna start over and I'll scare you?" Lots of cool features I haven't seen at other haunted house like moving floor platforms and features to step over/ etc., bonus star for letting my wife back in after she dropped her phone in the middle of the haunted house and didn't realize it till we were driving home. I've done the dark corner, and though it was amazingly put together, the number of people at that one took the spook out of it. It may not be as well known as Dark Corner is but this Haunted house is definitely worth it to check out! We had a great experience. I'm excited to see how this haunted house grows and continues to make it better each year. The owners were super helpful and kind as well. After going through the haunted house and exiting... while walking to my car I realized my phone was not in my pocket. I thought for about a second before remembering that we had to get on our hands and knees at one point to crawl through a tunnel. I had a feeling that I knew exactly where my phone must have fallen out. I walked back in through the crowd of people waiting in line and Connie was very helpful contacting others inside the haunted house to look for said phone in a tunnel. A man came back and said here is a flashlight, why don't you walk through it since you have a better idea of where it could be then I do. As I walked back through the haunted house, one of the younger girls who tried to scare me again, offered to help when I told her what I was looking for. She walked through with me helping look for my phone. As I neared the end of the haunted house I made it back to that tunnel. The scary clown just nodded his head when I asked, and as I came out the tunnel a girl said she had a phone. I usually wouldn't have been in such a panic to get it back, but I work from my phone. They easily could've said that there's no way that they can find it right now and I would have to wait until the haunted house closed at 11 PM or get it in the morning. This place has A LOT of potential, but sadly they did not use their space wisely. They had a couple of cool features, but ultimately there was a lot of unused space and not enough jump scares. You were mostly walking through a dark hallway for 75% of it. They had a bunch of props, but very little staff to deliver scares.
