In February, they were notified that Verizon will no longer service the copper wires used for the WiFi that hosts the payment system for our laundry cards. They knew they would need to get a new internet service provider. It is now June and our payment system has been out of commission for 3 weeks and we have no way to reload our laundry cards to do laundry. Sackman's solution is for us to go to their office on W 73rd st to fill our cards. This is absolutely unacceptable, as this laundry room is their responsibility to maintain.

Someone referred me to RPPM and I called them kind of skeptical bc I've had bad experiences before with management companies that just take your money and don't really do much. But these guys are different. John was straight with me from the jump, explained everything they do, didn't oversell it. They handled some violation issues I had pending and I didn't have to stress about it. Communications with my tenants have been way more professional than when I was doing it myself lol. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing. Not really a complaint just something I noticed. Overall very happy.
