I drop my mower off and in less than a week it is tuned up and ready for pick up. Very happy with the services they provide. Returned to me in a clear plastic bag is my old air filter and spark plug. Also my lawn mower blade has been sharpened. I am ready to cut some grass:-) read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We bought a Cub Cadet riding mower back in August 2023 on their recommendation and have had nothing but trouble with it since. We were looking for a mower that would cut 1.8 acres on one battery charge. They said that the Cub Cadet would be perfect. Well we've had it for one season and it cut our property on a full charge for the first 3 times and now it will only cut a little over half of our property before we have to charge it. I am sure that there is something wrong with it. We called them and now they have had our mower for two weeks and we've called twice and the first time they said they've not gotten to it yet and today when we called they said they found nothing wrong and we're going to drop it off tomorrow. When I called I was transferred twice and the third person I talked to was Eric. He was very nasty to me which made me angry. Finally I told him that I was done with his attitude and that I wanted to talk with someone else. He transferred me to someone else and I got voice mail which was no surprise to me. I strongly suggest that for your needs as such do not shop at this store. My brother also had trouble at this store and it sounds like he encountered Eric as well. 12:52 pm 5/21/24 This is an update on the previous post. They delivered our Cub Cadet and the battery charger was so tightly wrapped around the charger and the male end of the cord stuffed in the handle 3 times that it took 15 minutes to get it undone. Also it only cut 1/4 th of our property. We bought this in because we were told that it would cut up to 2 acres in one charge and we have 1.8 acres. I looked in the Cub Cadet Manuel and it states the same. They insist that the grass is different in the spring and that's the problem. Yeah you read that right, " the GRASS is DIFFERENT in the Spring". How ridiculous is that?! I think I'm going to call Cub Cadet. read more

2025 alive and well rip off joint! spent $350 on mower repair end of season, year later the pull cord broke, went to fix and spent another $68. now they want to charge $250 to get it to work. a desk zombie wasnt helpful. take away- stupid me to think a big org would be ideal fix. nearly 3 new mowers in, think I'll ask a small engine mechanic to look at it. cheers to all the Weiners! read more

I had my Snow Blower serviced at last year and only used it maybe 2 times, which they charged me over $400 to do a tune-up and replace a few things. They never called to tell me it was going to cost this much. If I wanted my snow blower back I had to pay what they said was due. Now I tried to start it this year to make sure it was running well and it won't start at all. And yes, I put fresh gas mix in and there was none left in the machine from last year. I called to see if they would warranty it, but was informed they only warranty it for 45 days. I am so extremely mad about this. I spent, what is, a lot of money to have this fixed to only use it 2 times. I WILL NEVER go to this place for anything again!!!! read more

Thanks to the unknown Parts Personnel person at Farmington Hills who shipped the Cable Bail/Throttle Cable for my Snapper to Livonia, where I got it from Cody in Parts there. The part was roughly $5 - $9 less than 3 other places who had my model and serial # for my 26 yr old Snapper and still couldn't get the correct part; thanks to the entire Weingartz crew for keeping my Snapper running as it nearly got scrapped two yrs ago when it was broken down with a starter cord issue; when the cable was installed, it started on the first easy pull, just like when I first bought it in Apr 1998 read more

Parts department seems to not be concerned with customers. No sense of urgency what so ever. (I'm being kind!) After purchasing a lawn mower today the salesman, rather than thanking me for my business says " it's been a challenge!" Second piece of equipment I've purchased here and the general atmosphere is the same-not a single person thanked me for my business. Nothing! As a result, I don't feel good about the purchase. Our company has used commercial lawnmower since 1978. They are knowledgeable about new equipment and help with financing options. We have purchased both lawn and snow removal equipment and don't trust any other provider to install our new snow plows. Their parts department is well stocked and staff helpful. read more

They don't tell you you'll get charged if they come and pick up your mower because it won't start. Then they tell you there's nothing wrong with it and you have to pay the pick up and delivery fee. The manager, Tim, is VERY rude and the owner is even worse. I would definitely take my business ANYWHERE else. read more

There service is absolute garbage. I took a riding mower in that quit running that was still under warranty. They called a few days later to inform me it was bad gas and there was a charge for it. I argued that it couldn't possibly be. I had just filled it with gas purchased when I filled my truck. After more dumb statements from him that proved he could use a refresher course on an internal combustion engine, I picked my mower because they agreed to refund the money if it didn't fix the problem. After six more trips there in two months, same issue, they wouldn't give me a refund. I would never take anything back there, even if it was free. read more

This was the year I finally broke down and bought a snowblower (as did many others, I'm sure). I found this place via the Toro website as a registered dealer and I'm so glad that I did. They not only had the model I wanted in stock, but they had it at lower prices than the bigger retailers. The staff was friendly and the process of purchasing was so easy, they even gassed and loaded it into my vehicle for me! Highly recommended! read more
