Upon looking at our mower, they told us it would be best to not even go through the trouble of a diagnostic test...it simply would not be worth their time and OUR money. How freaking honest was that? You never get that anywhere else I have been. Upon realizing we needed to replace our old mower, the owner suggested buying a used one from them that they had in stock. It was the perfect replacement for us, and we felt good about purchasing from people who actually work on mowers. I am proud of this small business and I suggest anyone who has issues with mowers or snow blowers, please give them a visit. I also declined additional work, including a tune-up and replacement front tires because it would have been right at $300. When I picked up the mower, it turned on there but when I got it home to cut the grass it ONLY turned on for a few seconds, and stopped completely. So I took it to another repair shop. The owner wasn't a thief, he did all the things R&R wanted to do for up to $300 for only $90. Based on my experience with R&R, I would recommend getting a detailed estimate before authorizing any work. I've also seen reports that customers may be contacted after leaving negative reviews, which I find concerning but have someone to handle their harassment. If I could post this review without ANY STARS I would!
