They are a great team to work with!! All 3 of my children have been seen by the doc. I'm thankful for all they do.

Julia was so great and brought so much positivity and fun to each appointment! Jenn at the front desk is the best, she made the check in/check out process easy!

In the end I decided to go with another practice. I myself had braces a second time at the age of 41, with another ortho, now retired.  So when my long term dentist's assistant broke my permanent retainer I was at a loss on how this would be handled.  I knew LOA had taken over the building for Dr Keller, my previous ortho, and gave them a call. Fortunately they did still have his records but my file was hard to access.  Explaining in great detail what I needed over the phone, as well as telling them to refer to my records for type of retainer I felt confident going in that I would leave with a new permanent retainer. The visit didn't go as planned.  The girl miscommunicated my needs so when I was called back it was like starting all over again.  Also due to changes in orthodontics during the past decade what I had was outdated and absolete. Basically I had to start from fresh. After that, aside from a few miscommunications with office staff concerning if financials were involved the process was smooth saling.  I can't say enough positive things about the doctor, assistant, and the whole process in general outside of office staff.  I was able to get a new retainer free of charge because of being grandfathered in due to an agreement with my now retired ortho.  The office staff were nice and tried to be helpful, but as mentioned before it wasn't without miscommunication that lead to frustration on my part. Covid process was on point too, although a tad overkill on protective measures but better safe than sorry. Happy and proud to now be a client of LOA, although with myself and my child now out of braces I hope I don't need their services moving forward.

I have been going to Black & Black Dental for over 3 years now. I can not say enough good things…read moreabout the proctice and the office staff. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I always get all my questions answered and scheduling an appointment is a breeze. They even call you if there was a cancelation in case you would like to move your appointment up. All fillings and cleanings have been top notch. Thank you Dr. John and all your staff for a wonderful place to have your dental needs satisfied.

I had been with him for many years so it was hard for me to think of moving on to another dental practice. As luck would have it, I had to find a dentist quickly and asked my coworkers for suggestions. Dr. John Black was suggested to me by my supervisor. The doctor had a small practice but what a comfort to find it very welcoming. I have been with this practice ever since and now have the pleasure of having the son of the former dentist taking care of my dental health. I am more than pleased with my dental care, with my dentist, and with his staff. The practice has grown since my first visit, however, their competency of caring for patients is always in evidence and their courtesy has never wavered since my first visit. As for me, I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone in need of a great dentist, a great dental hygienist, and/or a great staff that puts everyone at ease. One very content patient, Darlene

The office manager and powers that be discriminate against the disabled! Yes, you read that…read morecorrectly. I have a chronic illness that rarely affords me the 24 hour rescheduling/ cancellation notice they require. I was told I can no longer make appointments, but I should call "When you're having a good day and we will see if we can fit you in". Dr. Pelle made them apolgize so they got even! The next time I missed an appointment they charged me $75! Seventy-five dollars because I was too I'll to keep my appointment. Clearly money is more important than a disabled patient. In the 28 years I've been sick I have never been so humiliated by any service provider. Dr. Pelle is wonderful, and the only reason my husband and I continued to go there. But we've had enough. Wish he'd join a different practice.

I called Dr. Rheault's office and was told to come right in. My tooth was exceedingly tender to touch but Dr. Rheault could not have been more gentle. He walked me through each step of what he was going to do so I knew what to expect. After carefully numbing me he was able to examine the area, take x-rays and adjust my bite. He recommended a root canal which was exactly what I needed. Once the prescribed treatment was complete I was pain free. I give Dr. Rheault my highest recommendation for his compassion and his skill. Thank you for helping me! If you are looking for a terrific dentist, go see Dr. Rheault!
