They let me know right away what was going to be covered by insurance before hand, and for us it was all covered. When you get there you have to go upstairs to check in and we did that and then you go back downstairs. After we waited about 10 mins the nurse called our daughter back and said one parent could come back. Both my husband and I took off so we could both be back there because she has anxiety issues. I asked the nurses again if her dad can come back too and they said no. Which I don't understand due to the fact that there are two seats when you enter the room. I met the doctor and he explained what the procedure was going to be, about 3 minutes and he said he will see her again in a few. They said the procedure can take up to an hour and the anesthesiologist came in and introduced themselves along with someone training. I then left and was told they will call my cellphone when she's ready. The entire procedure took about 40 minutes and we got the call. The side of the building we they want you to pick patients up needs to be marked better because it's fading but we found it. It's a tight squeeze to get out and the bushes make it hard to see. The procedure went well but we never received a call from the doctor or a nurse AT ALL to see how our daughter was doing which I found to be odd. We did have to call for a question about her healing and they did call back quickly but I don't think had they called us for a patient follow up we would have had to call them. Bottom line, not sure I would use them again. 50/50 on it. If they were more patient friendly for underage patients I would probably say yes without question. But with the not calling for a follow up or both parents not being allowed in the room with her it's a flip of a coin if I would go back. The place is though and quick so if you want that experience this may be the place for you.

(Like other providers, it is a requirement.) He had an Xray on the lighted screen from a place I went to over 3 years ago. He ignored my comment that it was the wrong Xray. He did not even give me 3 minutes of time in the office. Upon my request to "at least look in my mouth," he took a tongue depressor and stuck it in. Said, "You have an abscess. I will pull 2 teeth out." (My referral form is to remove all upper teeth.) My teeth are in bad shape: one cracked, 2 broken, 5 already pulled out. I need expert assessment from a skilled professional. I worked in the health care field! Office was clean. I did see a "gas machine" but he did not do IV sedation, he said. And "there are no EMT staff" during surgery.

On 3/10/26 I had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed, today is 4/17/26 and I'm still fully numb on my bottom lip & chin. So many things went wrong it would take too long to fully describe it all, so I'll hit the major points. *day of surgery 7:45am arrival for an 8 am surgery. * Dr Beaudry was 50 min late, even though I was the first appt of the day *the staff came in around 8:10am to explain he is usually 15-30 min late daily *everyone rushes into the room once he's there, clearly aggitated. This is around 8:50am, they prep me, and put me to sleep * I was approved for 45 min of anesthesia. I went under around 9am, and was fully awake in the recovery room by 9:24am (seems rushed) * I was told by a nurse the Dr didnt need to see me, everything went well, and my ride and I were good to go home * I call the office after a few days to ask if it was normal there hadn't been any improvement in the numbness. This is when I was told there was a complication with a nerve being wrapped around a tooth, and that it can take 1-3 months to come back, or it could be perminate. * I wait until 2 weeks post-op and then I requested a follow up exam (When I get there the lady leaving tells me he was running late **again** and the nurse who checked me in told me it might be a while **again**) THIS IS THE CRAZY PART * Dr Beaudry now explains about the nerve complication TWO WEEKS POST-OP *he gives me 2 prescriptions for the same steriod packs that are meant to be taken before surgery and tells me to not follow the instructions instead take "like 2-3 a day" *now when you take the pack before surgery it has very specific instructions how and when to take it, and its only a 6 day supply where you taper down to 1 the last day *as most of you know, I have MS and this specific steriod is a immune suppressant used to treat flare-ups, and I've also had bad reactions to steriods in recent years which he was fully aware of. * I re-explain this to him, express my concerns and asked for more specific dosage instructions, he still said "like 2-3 a day" * I asked the nurse at check out for dosage instructions and was told "2-3 a day" ******Still not feeling comfortable I ask the pharmacist for directions & explain the situation. He then says they won't fill it without out the correct instructions. *so again I call the office, they are 100% irritated with me at this point. They tell me they will deal with it and call me before the end of the day *when they called me back they told me they LIED TO THE PHARMACIST and told him I was to follow the instructions on the pack but they still only want me to take "like 2-3 a day" !!!!!! NO TAPER and they gave me 2 packs which is 42 pills. Never in my life have I had a dr and his entire staff tell me to not follow instructions on a medication, or lie to the pharmacist. Or basically refuse to treat a major problem, that they caused!! So 1 month and some change post-op, lip & chin are still numb and I wasnt given even close to adequate care. I still never received a call apologizing or asking if theres any improvement. Please save yourself from the anxiety and stress they will cause you!!!

The last time I was in, they did…read moresome special x-rays and said 2 of my bottom fillings had hairline fractures and they felt it was best to remove them and refill the teeth. The dentist came in and drilled the holes and then left the hygienist to glue/fill them. This girl had a lot of trouble and took a very long time. The dentist was no where to be found. When trying to get the metal holders out, she kept yanking and getting tired and stopping. I actually got a headache and almost felt like asking her if she could get some help. Finally, she got them out and finished up. Both of the insides of these teeth now are bumpy from glue, not smooth like they used to be. When I called, I was told that it would wear off with brushing. I got a call later saying that they no longer accepted my insurance (I'm on Medicare, so who cares about old people?) I told them I would find another dentist and asked them to remove me from any messaging. Last week, I received a letter saying they are charging me $50. because I no-showed. WHAT???

We both were guaranteed there would be no charge for our routine cleaning, and then later received bills for almost $200 in the mail with no description of service. I called the billing department and left multiple voicemails before receiving a call back, and was told their office has no way of actually verifying if their services will be covered until months after.... As a medical coder and biller I stated that is not how billing works and was hung up on.

The most awful health care experience of my life. Michael Sisk is a fool and a coward. His…read moreunprofessionalism as a "business owner" makes us real business owners wish he never existed. After my girlfriend had a bad cleaning with a substitute doctor at the office. We called the office after and they told asked us to come back to redo the cleaning. When we arrived back for our second visit, I asked to join my girlfriend in the cleaning as we wanted to discuss invisaline and we share finances. We were not taken back to the cleaning room, instead we were shoved into a small side office and told to wait by a woman who didn't even introduce herself or tell us why were sitting in their closet. Her name was Jennifer and she's about as stupid as brick wall. Jennifer went and got Michael who claims to be the owner. Instantly they started talking AT us, asking about work my girlfriend had done on her teeth 3 years ago. Michael would not let me speak and ask why were sitting in this small side room, he kept saying "shhhh" to me. Rylee asked him why we weren't discussing the issues from the previous visit, Michael continued to rant about the offices he owns and how doctors are always changing. Not answering our questions or giving us clarity as to why we were not being treated as we were scheduled for. Michael had a problem with me instantly. He said "Rylee brought her back up" referencing me. Rylee told him, "no we share finances and wanted to discuss invisaline". He then went on to say that it was weird I was in the room. He said he never heard of anything like that. As Michael continued to explain how doctors have changed and how the office isn't up to his standard, he still wasn't explaining why we weren't being taken back for the cleaning. He was getting very irritated that I kept asking. I made sure to tell him that his attitude was hurting our relationship as we were going to bring business to his office. I am new to the area and we were there to possibly discuss spending the money on invisaline. Michael was getting heated with us and we were very confused. We felt attacked. He clearly didn't care to hear about our issue, he didn't even understand why we were there. Unfortunately, because of his age most likely, he couldn't keep his train of thought and continued to BLAME ME for getting him off track even though I was not speaking. The conversation continued for about five minutes until he finally stopped ranting. Rylee said she was done, called him an asshole and we left. Jennifer then called us 10 minutes after leaving and said, "Michael wanted you to know that you have a root canal needed on your front tooth number 9 and it needs a crown as well". I took the phone from Rylee and told Jennifer to fuck off. To send the customer service lady after us is cowardly Michael. You should be ashamed to call yourself a business owner. You disgrace the work that real business owners do and your professionalism resembles that of a 9 year old running a lemonade stand. Be a fucking man. Take the loss and move on. Better yet, introduce yourself to your clients next time. Let them speak. Hear them out before you jump to conclusions...moron.

I have been a patient at Capitol Dental Care since long before Dr. Sisk bought it. Dr. Sherman was…read morea caring professional with his patients' best interest at heart. Since Dr. Sisk took over, it has turned into a volume-oriented money hungry practice. In my opinion, Dr. Sisk is in it only for the money. He continually pushes unneeded work, and even lies about what insurance will cover just to get more work. For example, he kept telling me that United Concordia covers 4 cleanings per year, and I wondered why the service was not covered. After calling the insurance company, I was told that they only cover 2 cleanings per year. Despite this, Dr. Sisk kept pushing for extra cleanings, and scheduled my last one just weeks before it was allowed, requiring me to pay for the service. The office also kept resubmitting bills to my insurance company, and I kept receiving EOB denials from my insurance company. I'm uncertain, but I think they may have changed codes each time to try to get paid. When I had finally had enough, and told them that I was going to a different dentist, the first thing I got was an email and a letter requesting payment for the last cleaning. I paid this final bill, and I requested my dental records. I told Dr. Sisk that I would come to the office that evening to pick them up. He told me not to, that he would send me a letter first. This letter told me that the records would be emailed to whatever address I requested once my signature was received. I have sent their office this request to the email address shown on their website with the signed document attached, THREE TIMES since Sun, Nov 25th. They did not even have the common decency to reply to my emails. So, if you want a good dentist that does not play games, does not try to run up your bill unnecessarily, and is not disrespectful, I *HIGHLY* encourage you to look elsewhere.
