Weeks' has been getting a lot busier thanks to the coronavirus. My boyfriend and I stopped in last Saturday in hopes of getting some meat. There was a sign saying plenty of meat left. Awesome! We were able to get some rib eyes, chicken breast, stew meat and some pasties. Great selection and well stocked! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Prices were great and the quality is top notch. Weeks is a true butcher shop that delivers excellent service. Their product is top quality and prices are competitive. I have purchased many types of their meats and found then very good quality. I especially liked the custom cutting so I could get my steaks cut to the size I like. (1 3/4 in thick). Also had good luck with whole brisket. read more

First time here. Great service by one person at the deli counter. The other person who was helping me at the deli counter gave me the wrong salami. I wanted Genoa and I got home with Hoffmans hard salami. I probably should've checked before I left the store but since I only ordered two things I wouldn't have to. Otherwise a good experience. If they carried more produce I may shop there more often. read more

Not my first choice, but an acceptable option. Special orders are not really available, questions are met with zi don't know and I'm not interested in finding out. Meat quality is good but $$$. Better prices and excellent quality at Sawmill Creek Farms. Just go there instead. read more

This place has some fantastic, seafood salad and bang-bang shrimp pasta. Those are just two of my favorites there. They have an awesome selection of meat, big chicken breast, and a good variety of steaks. They also have some produce.A little freezer section and some shelves that have chips.They also have jars of pickels and boxed noodles and other things to help prepare dinners.They have a table I will call the goodie or sweets table.They also have a little rack of spices by the deli counter and much more.Its a little place,but they have a lot packed in it. As locals to the area, we love to support this business, as it truly has the best, freshest meat around. However, the store is open until 6pm, yet the staff "starts cleaning" at 4:30-4:45pm, so no custom cuts after this occurs. We had planned on purchasing over $120 in filet mignon and salmon, but were told to come back at 8am. Why stay open until 6pm then? I can see cutting it off at 5:45pm or so, but this "cleaning" keeps getting earlier. It's really tough to make it if you work full time. read more

Great meat market! Weeks is my local go to spot for all things meat! They have a huge meat counter and are always well staffed to keep the line moving. They also have a variety of fresh and frozen foods making them a quick shop for most of my cooking needs. I love this Meat Market!! I saw this place on the news, checked it out and have been going back ever since. This business is family owned and ran. The store is immaculate always. Quality is the best. Looking for Boar's Head lunchmeat? This is the place!! They have senior citizen discount once a week, tuesdays (I think). They accept food stamps. Tired of fillers, fat and dyes in your meat, try out Weeks Meats!! Ever see the other meat markets commercials for bundles? What would you think if I told you, you can make your own bundle at Weeks? Well its true!! No need to buy things you dont want. Just tell them what you want and they bundle it for you. Hate having to go home and wrap the meat after shopping? They do it all for you!!! The meat is wrapped according to how you request it, ex: 1.2.or 3 in a package. They call you and let you know that it is all ready. No more buying expensive freezer bags. When you arrive back at the store its all freezer wrapped and in a box or boxes for you!! They write on it what it is, but the weight isnt there. (just remember what you ask for, or buy a scale) The best thing is the money that is saved. Buying in bulk, no freezer bags, and no fillers. (water etc). You are buying what you see, quality meat. The owner told us that he visits the farms that he buys from to make sure its quality. I just cant say enough good about this meat market. Moved to the area a year ago and finally tried this place. Small but excellent. The sausages are so good - lean without a lot of fat or grisle. Fresh meats and other select items. The subs are made with Boorhead and other premium meats and cheeses....deli style not processed or substandard like Subway. I cannot imagine anyone not being pelased. read more

I have always liked the meat I get from weeks meat market. I always used to get my meat from almont country smokehouse until I moved out this way. More often than not, the counter staff is great, especially as I buy my meats for 2 weeks at a time. However, it would be even better if the register staff did not ignore while you have been waiting in line to cash out, in order to cash out an employee who walks up with her personal purchases behind the counter After you have already been waiting in line. Best place to buy any kind of meat - from lunch meat to prime rib. Best customer service, prices and the cuts of meat cannot be beat. I go to Kroger once in a while and really disappointed by the amount of fat left on their cuts. I have never been disappointed at Weeks. They are by far the best. read more
