This kindly gentleman is genuinely interested in providing the kind customer service that make these small outlets a treasured and valued part of our local community. The issues lies with some his staff and how his business is run. Who runs who!? I never know what kind of (surly & entitled etc.,) attitude I'm going get when I walk through the doors. The store never seems to be properly stocked for what I'm looking for most often than not. I usually, time permitting drive to New Street to save myself the trouble. In my experience they behave like they own the place and it's a privilege to be served by them!!! Words of advice. Don't ask too many questions, you don't wanted to feel like your being scolded. Call first, to see whatever your looking for is actually in stock. Having said, there are some very nice (younger) staff who are genuinely interested in providing good customer service! Ps. Sorry, but this review is a ~long~ time coming!

They were provided the existing key clearly substantiating the existing security system, but none-the-less they took the order, installed the wrong lock, and charged for the wrong service. When I turned on the indoor tap leading to my outdoor garden hose water gushed out inside (where it wasn't supposed to). Dy's visit #1 led to an easy diagnosis: the original bleeder cap hadn't been put on in the fall. (Prior to this I had no idea was at bleeder cap was.) The plumbers suggested that I could easily fix the problem by buying a replacement. I did this but again water gushed out after I installed it. I was prepared to pay $$$ to repair faulty indoor tubing. When I called back to set up visit #2, the plumber encouraged me to try to find the original bleeder cap and offered to look through his supply of old parts for one. It was possible there was a slight difference in the cap I bought. The second visit was promptly set up. When I looked very carefully, I did find the original bleeder cap but was gun-shy about trying again myself. Visit #2: The plumber put the original cap on. No water leaked out. I got clear instructions about what to do when I disconnect the hoses in the fall and there was no charge. My husband died several months ago and this exchange gives me reassurance that I've got good support in my own community.

When u are a first time costumer they will set up an account with you so if you should ever need to buy some more paint in the same color you bought 2 years ago they can just pull it up for you and your done. And of course the main reason why we go buy our paint here is because of ther Harmony Line, it's water-based paint and low-odor with zero VOCs!!! Perfect for kids rooms or nurseries. Even during painting you barely smell any odor....I am using this paint for my entire House now. They also constantly have sales, last time I just bough myself an entire case of white and whenever I am ready to paint a room I go mix in the color.
