I recently received exceptional service from Robin, at Edible Arrangements ( 2711 Forest Road, Spring Hill, FL 34606). She is the most professional, sweetest, and kindest person that I've ever met from Eddie Arrangements. I've been ordering from them (at different store locations and online) for years, and not only was I assured that my item would be exactly what I ordered, but you could tell she took pride in her work and wanted her customers to truly be happy with what they ordered and that those who received the item were just as grateful. Sadly, the fruit basket I ordered was for a funeral. My cousin's loved it and said it was amazing. They greatly appreciated the sentiment, one because it wasn't flowers that would just wilt & be thrown out in a few days, but also because it was a beautiful condolence gesture. They said the fruit was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Robin. You made a difficult and sad time a little brighter.

Hernando Beach restaurant that frequently has a short wait for seating... but is 100% worth the wait! Staff are small-town friendly and feels like home. While you wait, there is a large gift shop to peruse with decent pricing from local artists. Weather permitting, ask for seating outside. But if they are really full, the indoor seating is almost as nice (plus it has air-conditioning). Weekend specials on certain beverages, so early birds always save more money. We had the fish tacos, shrimp, tacos, watermelon Mojito, and steak sub. The fish tacos were divine and my daughter loved the shrimp tacos as well. Breakfast platters are healthy portions and also didn't disappoint. If you get there early, they have weekend mimosa and Bloody Mary specials (BOGO). Our favorite person was an elderly woman that cleans up the dishes. So incredibly sweet, kind and personable. Staff is very efficient, friendly, and food arrives rather quickly... along with beverages. This food truck is run by the sweetest husband-and-wife team, and their warmth alone makes you want to support them -- but the FOOD seals the deal. I mentioned I'd never had oxtail before, and the husband had his wife give me a sample. Holy smokes. One bite and I was sold. Ended up ordering the oxtail meal with rice, collard greens with ham, and black-eyed peas. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. And the sweet potato cornbread? Unreal.
