My mother ordered the arrangement weeks before the service and even provided a photo, flower details and colors for florist.. they completely butchered it. We asked for lots of lilies and roses and only had 6 lilies & 4 roses.. and on top of that, they were half dead, marked up and damaged. We asked for something with some height and it barely went over the urn. They overloaded the front with small dark blue carnations which we asked for just a few of.. about 1/2 the amount.. And the tall larkspur were drooping within 2 hours of picking up the arrangement. When we picked it up, we mentioned how badly it looked and asked them to make some adjustments as we had time but the florist just walked away and went back into the back room without saying anything.. the lady at the count just shrugged and said she didn't know what they could do.. so we left and I can tell you - no one in my family will NEVER purchase or recommend them ever again. Horrible customer service. I'd give a zero star if possible.

Avas Flowers subcontracted the order to Garden of Eden Florist in Brooksville, FL The arrangments were delivered to the funeral home without cards with our names on them. The family did not know who the flowers were from. The sashes were missing. One arrangement was a wreath of white flowers delivered without a wire stand. The funeral home had to provide the stand. We called the number on the website and no one answered the phone. No voicemail was avaiable to leave a message. Terrible customer service in handling our requests. Plus, unavailability to contact the florists to correct the issues.

It literally looked like they spent 10$ on Walmart flowers and 1$ at dollar tree 10 minutes before they delivered them and threw them into the pot on the way to my door. Then when I complained because I spent $91 on teleflora the woman proceeded to tell me "no you didn't they were $60 and you only paid that much because you ordered through teleflora" well I paid $91 in total so I don't really care what the reason is, does that make it OK for you to deliver a complete disaster to my door? And then proceeded to tell me she's been a florist for over 30 yrs.. Well that's just depressing because you'd think she'd have her craft down by now if that were the case.. The botanical gardens are larger than they look and have many different paths to meander along. They are pet friendly. My pup and I strolled along the paths and took breaks at a couple of the many benches placed about to stop and enjoy the views. They have a nursery with some wonderful looking plants you can buy. There were a couple I wanted but wouldn't make the rest of my road trip. Parking and the park is free. They do accept donations and they also have volunteer opportunities. This was a great spot to spend the morning.

I received an email confirming the order. Well No flowers showed up. Today, 12/26/25 I call and call no answer then finally someone answers and says "Oh, we cancelled and refunded that order." I say when were you going to let me know and they say they sent an email well I never received it. So I checked my cc and yes they refunded it on the day of the charge but I had no way of knowing. Check out that review and you will see that I am not a chronic complainer. In fact, I hate to write a bad review and very seldom do. County Line Rose has now given me the worst experience I have ever had receiving flowers. Mother's Day flowers were ordered online May 5 for delivery on the 11th. They were not delivered by 4:00 so I called and Dave promised that they would be there in 15 minutes. They never came. I phoned again the next morning and he insisted they had been delivered. My family was there all day and there were no deliveries. All the neighbors know my 92 year old mom so if they were accidentally delivered elsewhere my mom would have still received them. Dave finally said he would make good and personally would make her a beautiful arrangement and deliver himself. The Perfect Peruvian Lilies Deluxe ($71.95) that were finally delivered a day late were anything but perfect. They looked like they had been pulled from someones trash. There was a serious lack in number of lilies and it was mostly filled in with tons of overbearing green leaves! On top of that, half were basically dead and the other half were terribly wilted! Absolutely sad looking and a atrocious rip off! County Line Rose Florist is a shabby, horrible company that don't care about it's customers as long as they make a buck. Beware as Dave has a silver tongue and will made false promises hoping to pacifie you. Pictures are what my arrangement looked like at arrival and what they should have looked like.
