Have used this location for a couple years. They've always been very responsive and very helpful. The technicians that come out are courteous anytime I've had an issue of contacting the office. They've been helpful and come out and done. Touchup services for me included in the overall cost, I would highly recommend them. This year they're offering mosquito treatment so I'm gonna take advantage of that as well. I'll let you know how that goes. When I did request service, they were quick and responsive. read more

Despite our community having "No Solicitation" signs at each entrance and multiple homes also having additional No Solicitation signs on their front doors, a Weed Man employee walked up to every front door to leave a sales flyer. Can only imagine the great care they would take spreading poisons around.... read more

I just wanted to update my review. I have to say that I've had the weed man in Vienna. For many years, they always do a great job period I appreciate their quick response and professionalism and if I have a question they're quick to answer it and give advice period Thanks so much, keep up the good work. I look forward to the continued relationship. read more

This company did shoddy service. I agreed to a ONE a time service and they auto renewed me without my permission into reoccurring services which were also shoddy. The fertilizer burnt my yard. They made no attempt to correct it but instead threatened collections over a 150 service that I never authorized to begin with AND that actually burnt my yard. read more

My lawn had problems! I told my husband I was going to invest the time in studying how to make it nice. I quickly learned that it's a lot of work. I started buying all the products needed to correct the various issues, which was expensive. And you have to get the timing just right. It was overwhelming. And then I found the Weed Man :). For less than I was spending on products, they take care of it all, and at the right time of year. My lawn went from the worst looking lawn in the neighborhood to the best. I also crack up every time the Weed Mans truck is in front of my house. I have to wonder if my neighbors think I'm getting pot delivered. read more

The Weed Man team is invested in outcomes, a vital outlook for service based companies that many others lack. Chuckling as I type, their fanaticism about killing weeds and nurturing strong, health grass reminds me of Caeser, the exterminator in 1997 movie "Mousehunt." Yes, Weed Man is a premium service that costs me $15 more per application than Scots & TruGreen. But WM created a custom mix tailored to my lawn and weeds. Outcome: WM killed off troublesome, deep rooted weeds that Scots & TruGreen did not, and could not. read more

This is my 3rd year with Weed Man Services. My yard has never looked better. i Think the cost of the service is very reasonable. The best part is that they stay on top of the treatments and the timing of the treatments. In the past I would buy $100.+ of fertilizer and weed treatment and would only have time to do that one time in the spring. This in-consistent treatment left my yard looking pretty crappy. Using the Weed Man Service has really helped. If you look at my yard now it actually looks like one of those yards that you would say "How do they make their yard look so good". If you use the service you really need to do it for 2-3 years to see the impact. The first year the yard looked better but not as good as it looks now. read more

Great service. Good results! Excellent value. Jennifer did a really good job, the weeds are gone.

This is the rudest company in the world. I used them for aeration and seeding - they want you to become a customer, so I did. The technician who came out to do various treatments on my grass not only missed areas, but also rushed everything. Also, she used too large of a spreader which resulted in fertilizer and other treatments spewing all over my pool/spa cover, patio, driveway, walkways, etc. I do not recommend this company at all. And the owner is beyond rude. read more

The Vienna-Arlington Weedman services have been instrumental in getting my lawn back into shape. My house used to be a rental home, with the yard receiving only a minimal amount of care. As a homeowner, I invested in the Weedman services about three years ago. The results have been very rewarding, and the newer grass continues to flourish. Additionally, there have not been any impact on my dogs thanks to the safe treatments used by Weedman read more

Lawn looks great and grass now grows where we didnt think it could thanks to Weedman. Always come on schedule and the office staff is very easy to work with. read more

The customer service at Weedman is better than any other landscaping company we have used. We are now for year returning annual customers. They make it so easy to continue service and our lawn looks wonderful. They have been great responding to any issues with our lawn to get us back on track. Highly recommend. read more

We have been clients of Weed Man for several years. Prior to that we had tried a number of their competitors. Their products and fertilizer in particular really do show better results. They are also a smaller office with less clients. We really feel that we are important to them and they make a real effort at client service. Highly reccommend this company read more

They are great! After one treatment we noticed a huge difference in our yard. Everyone has been very easy and nice to work with. I absolutely love that they let you know the day before they are coming. Great business! read more

Our front lawn gets either little sun or a few parts of it get singed. We were to a point where our lawn was mostly weeds. We engaged Weedman to fertilize, aerate, seed, and provide weed control. In just a few months our lawn went from weeds to a green lush lawn that my kids now enjoy walking and playing on barefoot. Our grass is a deeper green than our neighbors. We sign up annually with Weedman. It's costs are comparable to what you would spend buying fertilizer, seed, and weed controllers annually, renting an aeration machine, and time spent using said items. read more

After many, many years of tending to my lawn personally with bags of fertilizer and weed control, lawn food etc. I decided to try WeedMan. How did it go...? Well let's just say I'm never buying another bag fertilizer. I used their service for the entire season last year and my lawn look great. I am looking forward to the spring when the grass starts coming up and I realize I don't have the anxiety of trying to get fertilizer down at the right time... Should I use a broadleaf control...? No more headaches just nice beautiful grass. I also like the fact that they are a locally owned small business. The people are nice and you can actually speak to a human being when you call if you have questions. read more

I love Weed Man! We've had their service for a couple of years, and they've made a real difference with our yard. We used a competitor for several years, with little to show for it. Our yard didn't improve, communication was poor and we felt like a number. We made a switch to Weed Man and our yard has never looked better. My neighbor says my yard looks like Augusta while his looks like Hains Point. I tell him he should sign up with Weed Man! read more

Last Spring I finally resolved to "do something" about my weed-choked lawn (even the use of "lawn" was a bit of a stretch). Now, with a full season's experience, I am an exceptionally happy camper. When I signed up, it was to rid my lawn of weeds and I forecast that half the green vegetation would have to be eliminated. It was. The Fall aeration and seeding produced miraculous results. I'm sure I'm the proudest lawn-owner in our neighborhood and have committed to a second year of outstanding service. Service personnel were friendly, efficient, punctual -- all good, of course -- but the real "Wow" factor was the resulting green lawn. Having lived in our house since 1973, our lawn has never been even close to this good. Thank you Weed Man! read more

When Weed Man sold me the service about 2 1/2 yrs ago, Pablo from Weed Man - Vienna, said that Weed Man has the best seed around. After using Merrifield seed for the last 25 years, I doubted Pablo, but wanted a lawncare service and was ok with trying new seed. Bottom line, when one of the largest lawnmowing companies came to give me an estimate during the most recent 90 degree plus days in late July early August 2020, he remarked that my grass was the best he had seen anywhere. This man was in an excellent position to know because his lawn mowing crews are crawling all over Northern Virginia every week. He talked about how thick the blades of grass were. So I am sold on Weed Man-Vienna. The proof IS in the pudding. How can anyone argue with such positive results? read more

Weed man did an excellent job caring to my lawn. Before contracting them, my lawn was overrun with weeds and brown patches, and caring to it was a weekend-long activity. To free up my time, and to have a better looking lawn, I decided to go with weed man. They always showed up on time and were very patient, even when dealing with my crazy neighbor who doesn't like fertilizers or green pesticides. read more

It was a good experience with Weed Man. Too soon to tell the results as we had them aerate our lawn and oversees but will hopefully see new growth soon. Considering them for other lawn services. read more

I purchased a groupon deal that the company redeemed without having a appointment setup. When i called to set up a appointment for the services, theresa told me that her location does not service my zipcode. She gave me the number to the Maryland location in hopes that the Maryland location would honor the voucher and correct the Virginia location mistake, the Maryland location would not honor my groupon voucher. I now have to wait for a check to be sent out via postal service to have my money returned. The groupon voucher should be more clear in writing about what zipcodes are within the service area. I truly wanted to have my lawn service and im very disappointed. read more

Long story short, I had from Weed Man of Vienna, a written statement from them of what they would treat. After several months, payments, and complaints, they admitted they could not service what they promised. Their response, sorry, here is half your money back and we don't want you as a customer. STAY AWAY! read more

Seriously great service. They're super helpful and provide excellent remedies to all your weed whacking needs so to speak. Their owner is directly involved and genuinely shows interest in making sure all of their customers are well taken care of. I can't express my appreciation for this; it really makes a difference and the results prove it! Highly recommend their services!! :D read more

We have seen a significant difference in our lawn since last year when they took over servicing our front and back yard (the other service was no good). They are great on the phone and promptly return the one phone call I made. Very pleasant to work with and very knowledgable about lawn care. We are very glad we found them! read more

Weed Man is an excellent business. Very professional and left my lawn looking beautiful! I would not hesitate to hire them again and recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. Your investment will go a long way with this company! read more

Watch out for these guys. They use cheap materials and just try to undersell professional yard services like TruGreen.

Ok I've tried them all TruGreen and the rest, but finally found the right guy! We have problems with violets, that every other weed service has just made excuses about. Not Weed Man, the violets are gone, done, history and I have a lawn that looks great. read more

i live in a wooded area with too much shade. WeedMan somehow has brought my yard back. I followed their instructions and the result is better than I expected. read more

Be aware of this company! They looked for my name from public records and then they showed up to my house and trespassed my property (my property has a fence, a gate, and a sign that says that my dog is on the premises) and they still came in and sprayed my lawn without my permission or consent. Then, they sent me an invoice for $25.00 using my complete name and address on the invoice even thought I have never contacted them or hired them!! They have done this twice in the last several months even though I called them and told them not to dare trespassing my property again! They are very aggressive to try to get customers to the point of trespassing people's property and possibly damaging your lawn (I have a contract with another company and they had just sprayed my lawn on the same day that this Weedman came and now they have done twice!) I am also reporting this to the Fairfax County Consumer Affairs! read more
