Doesn't seem to care about the patients that are struggling to live their daily life. Prescribed me a beta blocker, not safe for me to take due to my already low heart rate and blood pressure when I'm at home. You will send message after message on the patient portal and he will never reply. You'll call his office and leave a million voicemails but never hear anything back. I have to go to the ER for them to help control my symptoms because Dr steinicke has failed to answer my messages or return my calls. I will show all of the messages I've sent to him and I've gotten ONE reply. Stay far far far away. He took more time responding to my Google review than he did calling me back or responding in the patient portal.

Danielle is a wonderful provider that has the love for helping children feel like themselves again. She always makes sure my children know whats going on and helps me understand their treatments. Taylor is her nurse that always makes the kids feel comfortable and laughing. Lynette at the front desk always makes us feel welcome, comfortable and important. I have read other reviews and I disagree with a few and quite angry with a couple. We have always been treated like we are the only family that matters, our calls are answered and when I forget an appointment, I can always get another one. If there have been problems, it is taken care of right away. My issue was when I brought my child in on the wrong day. It was my fault, not theirs. I was still greeted and felt respected like any other time. Doctors offices, dentists, big box stores, day cares, schools...whatever business it is, everyone makes mistakes. I know for our family (and a few other families I know), we have always been treated with nothing but respect and love for our children, us as parents, and any issues that could arise. I love this clinic. I love the 3 ladies that run it as smoothly as they do. I don't know how they do it with a smile on their faces. I am truly grateful for what they have done for my kids.

She took the time to get to know me and my son. She examined him while I held him (which was way more awesome than watching him lay there cold on the exam table). She was compassionate and warm. One of the reasons I took my son in was so he could be circumcised, but Dr Berger actually recommended against it due to an anatomical abnormality that the previous doctor missed. I loved that she took the time to actually look at and pay attention to my son and to me and my concerns. The vibe is happy, the staff seem happy and seem to enjoy what they do. It's very clean and organized. The dr is friendly, happy, and informative.
