The vibe is happy, the staff seem happy and seem to enjoy what they do. It's very clean and organized. The dr is friendly, happy, and informative. I feel like people don't leave reviews for their drs on yelp ever, and it makes looking for a trusted dr hard. Especially drs who take care of something as important as our children. But I'm super happy with my experiences here so far, and definitely recommend it!

I have recently changed to seeing Sean Webster PA due to not having to wait for an appointment it makes it easier for me since my work schedule changes so frequently. The front office staff has always been very pleasant and the only problem I have ever had was once when I called I got left on hold for a long time, I hung up and called back and was answered right away and they were very apologetic for the inconvenience.

Previously, I was able to book online (as a existing patient); I was able to see available dates and times to compare with my calendar. Now, that option is no longer available. As someone on the spectrum and dealing with executive function issues, this is a major challenge! They have taken what was a straightforward experience/task and made it highly inaccessable to anyone dealing with accessibility challenges! As for the quality of care, my doc has always been wonderful. However, it is deeply frustrating that scheduling has become so convoluted and difficult. As well, getting in to see my doc, even as an existing patient, is vastly delayed compared to a year ago (prior to becoming part of the Oaks Medical Group). If you're considering a doc within the Oaks Medical Group, keep looking and doing research. Save yourself the frustration!

I told them I couldn't wait anymore so they got me a 720am. I called before 7am letting them know I was a bit behind. Switch Board operator told me I had 10-15 min of grace time. When I got there though I was told I couldn't be seen. " I watched you walk in. and I looked at the clock and you are one minute passed 10min." the receptionist told me. " I'll call back and ask if they will see you still." And then..." sorry you are too late to be seen today." Are you kidding me!!?!? no one in the whole clinic, it's 7:20 am and you won't see me for being a min late. Intermountain health doesn't care about their patients. And a "Sorry" with a nasty smirk on your face is the nail for me. Don't waste your time.

I've used the Bountiful Instacare over a couple of decades for those medical situations that either…read moredon't require a specialist or those that would require an actual surgery or life saving treatment. Things like a puncture wound, an infection, a respiratory condition, material in the eye; or even a Covid test. For those things the cost for treatment is much less than the emergency room and they aren't putting your life in jeopardy by taking a bit time time to deal with. You can typically expect a wait in the lobby after checking in with the friendly staff. After your expected wait, you'll be called into the patient treatment area by a nurse. Most of those I've met are quite friendly and caring. They'll take some vitals, ask you a few questions about your medical history and in my case, yesterda, was quite empathetic about my condition. Once they leave your patient room, the wait begins. Yesterday, it took about 1/2 hour for a light tap on the door after which a youngish ginger doctor appeared in my room. He then asked me to explain what was going on and after I described how sick I felt, and how long it had lasted, he basically just dismissed me and said I was on top of the sickness and it would be better over the next five days. He did a quick breathing check and looked down my throat. After his expressing his diagnosis of an upper respiratory virus, he suggested getting over the counter meds and left through the sliding door, basically just writing me off after a 2 minute checkup, if it even lasted that long. His demeanor was dismissive and arrogant. It seems that Instacare gets second tier doctors to work there as many or their doctors just seem to be miserable people with poor people skills. I really wish IMC would provide an out the door survey to pinpoint these bad actors in their staff. As for me, I was left dissatisfied by my appointment and felt it could have been handled more professionally. I suppose I'll continue to use this facility out of necessity but only when I really feel I have to as my experiences at Instacare have in general been sub-par in their overall quality.

I received a bill in January 2019 stating that I owe $1,278 from services rendered in July of 2017…read more I paid the bill immediately and have been attempting to work with the billing department and insurance company since. The original answer I got from the "Manager," KD, is that my insurance terminated prior to the service date. I contact my insurance provider and receive notice that the billing department did not submit the claim in time. I call KD back and she states that they didn't receive the correct insurance information prior to November 2018. Regardless, my address and phone number were the same in 2017 as it was at every appointment from July 2017 until now. She then proceeds to tell me that she isn't required to bill my insurance, that it is done as a courtesy to the doctor's clients. I asked to speak to her boss, after all she isn't the chief of the company, and I have a voicemail from her stating (verbatim), ".... they said it's not worth their time to give you a call. I am the office manager and I speak for them." Unfortunately, after almost 15 years of service with Dr. Sandra Phillips, I will be finding a new pediatrician for my children.

She always treats us with kindness, and really takes her time to understand the complete picture before jumping into diagnosis or treatment. She seems to have a common-sense approach, and does not seem interested in treating things that don't need treating, or providing drugs when none are necessary. The location is very convenient but can be easy to drive past if you don't know to look for the green awning (see picture).

We were seen immediately. He ordered necessary tests (blood, spinal taps) and began initial antibiotic which my baby regurgitated all over the ER floor. Tried another antibiotic and waited at home for blood culture results (3 days). Inital results came in, tried a new antibiotic. PCMC MD's called every few hours to check infant condition. It was a life threatning blood infection (bactremia) rarely seen in normal healthy infants. After the critical stage, Dr. Gardiner referred us to our 1st pediatrician. (single parents whose spouses ignore court ordered child support and medical insurance are heavily discriminated against in SLC). We never had another emergency room visit again as our pediatricians office always had an MD available to respond in an appropriate timely manner. Thank you Dr. Gardiner!

We only were supposed to live in SLC for a year but it's now been 5. Finding such a wonderful doctor was a huge part of the decision to stay here. Dr. samson fang has moved locations and we followed her because she's so great. She remembers me and my kids when I come in. When I don't come in with all 5 she always asks about the other's and how they are doing. The kids trust her and she genuinely cares. she listens to my over googled opinion and questions and I never feel rushed. She is a gem and I am thrilled she's our doctor.
