The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents, and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3" collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard. Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night.     Do NOT purchase Security Cameras here! I overpaid (as I realized later) and when something went…read morewrong, it was like pulling teeth to get the installer, Jack Ballard, to come around and/or he refused to me a firm, written estimate such that I was afraid I would end up with "surprise billing." When I insisted on a written estimate, he told you to hire someone else - which is what I ultimately did. While looking through my paperwork, I found the contact for the supply shop where the Lee's Bike Shop installer, Jack Ballard, bought the cameras, BOSS Security Worldwide (CALL THEM INSTEAD for an installer recommendation at 954-399-9781). The installer who was recommended told me that for the price Lee's installer charged me for each camera, he would have sold me superior cameras; thus, when I replaced 2 damaged cameras, I was able to get better cameras for the same price! The worse part is that when I contacted Marco Salvino Jr., the owner (or owner's son) of Lee's, to tell him about my experience, he told me, "After careful consideration, we have decided that it is in the best interest of both parties to conclude our working relationship. While we appreciate the opportunities we have had to collaborate, it has become clear that our current partnership does not align." Translation: Marco unilaterally ended our relationship when I sought recourse. I bet he "appreciates" the opportunity to take my money, but when it was time to for recourse, he unilaterally decided that our "partnership does not align." When I wrote to him telling him, "It is hard to believe that you are sending me a message that fails to acknowledge the issue that I have presented." In part he replied, "We both can agree we are better off going our separate ways, we are not going to go back and forth...This will be my last response." I wrote to him again, but there has been answer. What honest business does this? I mean he is not remotely interested in what I had to tell him. STAY AWAY. When I told 2 people working at Lee's about my experience, in reference to Jack they both had negative things to say about him, including, "Not a fan." After reading Marco's response to my review, he is really something else! He says I did not contact him, but I did. I contacted the installer he sub-contracted his work to who told me to hire someone else just because I asked for a written estimate to fix his own shoddy work! Then, when I passed by Lee's Bike Shop and Locksmith, to make a copy of a key, I had a flashback of when I first saw signs advertising that Salvino, Inc for camera installations since he has signs there advertising. When I complained about Jack, the installer, I was told to contact Marco directly. His response to my issue with his employee has been to refuse and sort of recourse. So, in conclusion, Marco took my money, sent Jack to do the work, and when things went wrong, Jack told me to find someone else simply because I asked for a written estimate and he refused to provide me with one. Not knowing how much I would have to pay and not willing to be set up for "surprise billing," I was left no choice but to look elsewhere. Like I said, call 954-399-9781 because I was referred to a marvelous installer who is an honest and fair man who does not feel like you have to chase him down or beg for a written estimate. He charged me the same as Jack, but provided me with better cables and cameras. Sure, his profit is less because the cables and cameras he provided cost more, but he gave me value for my purchase! Marco unilaterally ends his relationships with customers when they seek recourse. What kind of business does that? Answer: One with non-existent customer service. Stay AWAY!!!!
