When the tech called his boss to get a price, I was quoted $1825.00 to run a dehumidifier for 2 days. The cost by most companies is no higher than $150 per day. Luckily, we had a dehumidifier, purchased at Home Depot for $199.00

Run from this company! All the good reviews are before the the company got sold a few months ago. I…read morewas promised that the service provided to my home would be collected directly from the insurance company. My claim is still open and my attorney going to mediation to finalize the claim but the new owner sent my account to collections without even contacting me. He's overcharging $20K for a few fans and some drill holes on the wall. They ruined my credit for no reason, my claim is on going and they tried to bully me into paying out of pocket knowing that's not their rate. Those good reviews are not from the new money grabber, bad business practice probably investors new ownership. Much better companies out there!

Funny story, it turns out I don't have mold in my house! That's the great news. I'm so grateful…read morethat 24/7 Service Pros reached out to me immediately when I posted my project on Yelp. They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. I truly appreciate companies that tell you what you DON'T need as much as what you do need!

The previous owners did not take care of a leak in the upstairs air conditioner - so the A/C unit, the interior of the closet and the entire floor was replaced with a spill-proof laminate - all of which Pavel got done at a great price for us and his team did an excellent, high quality job. He even came by to check in on things and answer any questions after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend and work with again.
