Truth be told I am barely treading water. Someone once told me that trying to clean a house with little kids in it is like trying to eat Oreos and brush your teeth at the same time. So much truth. Anyway, the littlest was born 2 weeks ago and my husband, fearing for my health and sanity (and probably his own physical safety) all but made me hire a cleaning service. This was not an easy thing for me as we're not the type of people to afford such a luxury; and besides, I can handle everything on my own, thankyouverymuch. So, much to my chagrin, we hire Keeping It Kleen, and they are worth every penny (which is not much compared to other services). They worked quickly and efficiently; I'm not exactly sure how they did what they did in 3 hours. That little bit of time and money was absolutely worth it to make me feel like we've staved off the Health Department for another week, or at least until the other kids come home from school.

I met with the owners for an initial walk through and was very happy with their customer service and listening to what our needs are in the requested service. There is nothing like coming home from a long day at work to a completely clean house! Their staff does a great job paying attention to detail and if anything is missed, they will send someone back out to correct it which has only happened once. We have two dogs so the pet hair and danger is well taken care of by the time the cleaning service is completed. If you are looking for a reliable cleaning service, I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more On our about July 2, 2018 I contacted The Clean Team of Fresno via Yelp to complete a deep clean of my home. A staff member of the company visited my home on July 4, 2018 to conduct the deep clean. The employee failed to complete the job agreed upon and left an unknown white powder residue all over the home. Approximately one third of the agreed upon work was completed. We paid approximately $240 for the job. In the evening of July 4, 2018 I returned home and discovered the work had not been completed. I messaged the company again on Yelp and told them that the job was not completed. I also texted with the cleaner that had worked in the home, she agreed to come back the next day to complete the job. She returned the next day and worked on the home when I was out. We returned home in the evening to find our house extremely dirty and damaged. The home had a white powder residue over all of the floors, in the rugs, and on counters and other surfaces. There was a large pile of white powder in our driveway. The cleaner had used some sort of steel wool or other abrasive material on the brand new stainless steel dishwasher that was installed a few weeks prior by our landlord and severely damaged the dishwasher front, ruining it. The same abrasive was used on, and damaged, the front of the stainless steel refrigerator. I contacted the company immediately on Yelp and sent photographs. The owner of the company came over to the house immediately and promised to replace the dishwasher, clean the house for free, and refund us our money. That weekend, he cleaned the house and we received a cash refund of $240. The dishwasher was not replaced, despite the owner speaking with our landlord and promising to do so. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the owner via text and Yelp to replace the dishwasher, we used this messaging medium because all previous messages were sent in this medium. The owner has not responded; four months have passed and the dishwasher remains damaged. We have filed a BBB complaint and will be filing litigation against this company for failure to comply with their obligations and for damages to replace the items that their staff ruined.

Must've been an off day…read morebecause not only did the lady show up with her husband who was obviously not a professional cleaner (everything he cleaned had to be re-done) but she showed up with no carpet cleaner when most of the reason I hired someone was because of the carpets. Unfortunately I was too sick to realize I should've just canceled the second she showed up without a carpet cleaner, so I went along with the rest of it. Once I thought about it after the fact, though, it didn't add up. She said her vacuum was broken (I told her mine was working but she didn't take me up on that offer), she said I could get the carpet stains out with Dawn (she brought Dawn but didn't offer to use it), and she kept telling me what I could do even though I told her we were in a time crunch and needed the place cleaned by tomorrow. The whole thing was a waste of money.
