We don't think we'll do business with anyone else, honestly. Our biggest issue was exposed aggregate flooring (down trowel) through about 40% of the house. Because of the type of flooring, it's difficult to clean and it's so easy for messes to get grounded into the exposed spaces. They made it look brand new! It's the shiniest we've seen in years. We were going to use a separate company just for this floor, but Abe said he could get it done, and he did! We LOVE this company!

Ashley contacted me, after a few texts had an appointment set up for 5 am the next day, she required a $50 deposit to hold the time slot which was taken off the bill. They charge $75 an hour for 2 people to clean. She estimated 3 hours, which was pretty fast as I had lived in the apartment for 2 years with 3 small pets, so lots to clean, dust etc. Apartment looks great. Finished within the 3 hours. Windows clean, blinds cleaned, oven, freezer, fridge, ceiling fans, etc, again, apartment looks great, ready to move in.

I called my favorite plumbing company, they came out to assess the issue & found out basically all my galvanized pipes (1954 home) were backed up in certain spots, corroded, holes & detoriating. They went under the house & found a "lake". Obviously they can't go down there & do any repair work until all the water has been cleaned up. They recommended Rextoration to us. I immediately called Rex & he sent out a tech to me withing an hour or so to take a look at what their working with & then next morning they started. Rex and his guys were very professional, very efficient and worked hard & quickly to get this all cleaned up. My crawl space is in the master bedroom & Rex made sure he tarped off my entire room so none of my belongings would get dirty or damaged. He also taped off the floors as well. I would definitely recommend Rextoration over big named companies to be honest. I've had small issues like this in the past with my pipes & some water under my house & I remember calling the big name companies here locally & they were not helpful in a sense of some companies didn't even pick up, some companies said that he couldn't get to me for a couple weeks, some company said that they needed to come dig out my entire yard to get under my house, etc. I'm all about supporting small, local businesses. The very next day, Rex's crew came by with the fans to help mitigate the water damages. His response was immediate which helped prevent further damages to the wood. Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program.
