The initial cleaning was $100 per hour which end up being right around 2 hours. I was charged $200 and given a rate of $120 every two weeks for my 3 bed 2 bath. The initial cleaning was moderate at best and this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning". They didn't even dust half the shelves and tables. The owner "Jim" apologized and said they would make it up next time. I then scheduled my next cleaning two weeks later and received confirmation the day before that they will be at my house between 12PM-1PM. The day of the cleaning, I texted Jim at 1PM asking if they were still planning on showing up. He said they would be outside my house in 10 minutes but had to take a lunch break for 30 minutes. Around 2PM I looked outside and still did not see anyone. Jim continues to tell me they are outside but they are not. I then requested to cancel services because I had to leave to do errands. I also wanted to be there to tell them what I wanted cleaned specifically. I explain this to Jim and he goes on a rant about me being unprofessional and not prioritizing my own schedule. He then says I need to pay a cancellation fee. This man is not a professional and his company is shady to say the least.

I had them clean for me for a couple of months but felt like I had to teach them how to clean. For example taking things off the shelves and wiping down counters. That's basic cleaning skills. I had to go over this almost every time with them. They don't really clean your floors - they use a little mop and when cleaning my dining table area they didn't even pull my chairs out to actually get under the table. I have no idea what cleaner they use on the floor but never smelt clean or anything. My floors never felt clean. They used soap and water on my granite counters. No granite polish or anything - I gladly provided polish - still wouldn't use it. My stainless steel would always be streaked. So many items would get missed every week from dusting, toilets, kitchen sink, etc. Felt like they came and cleaned then I would have to spend time cleaning after they left. Pictures are my shower from one day they were here. Everything felt half done and never a completely clean. All my cleaning crews in the last would clean any dishes I had in the sink - I'd accidentally leave a couple small things here and there and they said we don't do dishes, that would be a maid service. Which okay, but a couple small things - not a huge deal in my opinion. Mind you, they did do the dishes for one of my friends. I recommended them to two of my closest friends/family and they did not keep them hired either. One of them had them do a first clean and asked them to come back to finish the job/fix what was missed. Again, nice crew but wouldn't recommend. I had to cancel two appointments in august as we would be out of town and gave them plenty of notice of cancellation as I typically don't ever cancel and have them here every two weeks and they just didn't respond. I cancelled yesterday as I never got a confirmation text like normal and just never heard back from them. So, decided definitely time to part ways due to lack of communication and poor cleaning job.

We hung up on Paul and called back and we got Paul again. We asked to talk to someone in charge, to which Paul screamed 'I AM THE BOSS.' Whelp. They're threatening to take us to court for not paying them. That's fine. Since we've clearly documented their failure to complete the job they're asking us to pay for (which constitutes a clear breach of contract) and they're continuing to belligerent harass us we're rather interested in seeing them in court.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…read more On our about July 2, 2018 I contacted The Clean Team of Fresno via Yelp to complete a deep clean of my home. A staff member of the company visited my home on July 4, 2018 to conduct the deep clean. The employee failed to complete the job agreed upon and left an unknown white powder residue all over the home. Approximately one third of the agreed upon work was completed. We paid approximately $240 for the job. In the evening of July 4, 2018 I returned home and discovered the work had not been completed. I messaged the company again on Yelp and told them that the job was not completed. I also texted with the cleaner that had worked in the home, she agreed to come back the next day to complete the job. She returned the next day and worked on the home when I was out. We returned home in the evening to find our house extremely dirty and damaged. The home had a white powder residue over all of the floors, in the rugs, and on counters and other surfaces. There was a large pile of white powder in our driveway. The cleaner had used some sort of steel wool or other abrasive material on the brand new stainless steel dishwasher that was installed a few weeks prior by our landlord and severely damaged the dishwasher front, ruining it. The same abrasive was used on, and damaged, the front of the stainless steel refrigerator. I contacted the company immediately on Yelp and sent photographs. The owner of the company came over to the house immediately and promised to replace the dishwasher, clean the house for free, and refund us our money. That weekend, he cleaned the house and we received a cash refund of $240. The dishwasher was not replaced, despite the owner speaking with our landlord and promising to do so. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the owner via text and Yelp to replace the dishwasher, we used this messaging medium because all previous messages were sent in this medium. The owner has not responded; four months have passed and the dishwasher remains damaged. We have filed a BBB complaint and will be filing litigation against this company for failure to comply with their obligations and for damages to replace the items that their staff ruined.
