She screamed at me and said that's not their policy. I said then I want my money back she said I can't do that. I left very upset. The next day my husband and I went back. We literally took 2 steps in the door and she screamed at me and said I told you yesterday that I couldn't do anything for you . My husband said the receipt said we had 7 days she retorted THAT'S NOT OUR POLICY ! We all started hollering and she said we were in her personal space and she was calling the sheriff. We were on the other side of the counter! She kept repeating this so we left. THIS is customer service ? This girl needs to be fired! We will never go back to the Fairborn store again. We've talked to another Cricket store on Wilmington and that nice young man said he will do anything we need. By the way we are elderly people. She really does need to be FIRED !!!

There's a gazebo and a swing that makes things feel evening a little romantic. Also, how fun is it to see deer everywhere? My little boy loves the playground near the main parking lot. I'm sure he will be happy to explore the other two playgrounds that this park features. The only downsides? Very little shade, wandering skunks and no swings for the kiddos.

The zip line is popular. With dad's lining up to make kids go faster if they ask to. Many shaded areas for parents to be within running distance if something happens. Everyone is very cordial and looking out for the other little ones. I hope my little ones will have lost interest shortly before they become parents.

This park is a new favorite of ours. It's big and has lots to do. Also, a different selection of…read morestructures than we've found on other playgrounds. Probably the most unique thing is what my husband calls the zip line. I've frequently found the handle bar you hang from and whiz across a level bar about 7 ft. Long. This is a similar idea. But instead of a handle bar, there is a long pole with a circular seat at the bottom. This seat hangs about a foot and a half from the ground. Depending on height, size, age, ability you can decide to either sit or stand on this seat. My two year old boy sat on it with no problem. But considering my large belly getting in the way, I decided to stand. Anyway, this thing is twice as long as any other I've seen! And it's like a very wide "V" shape. So it gives to momentum in the first half to make it back up through the second. So fun!! Other unique attractions include a SUPER long slide (not actually very steep, but at the top of a hill and quite long - some families bring paper to sit on in order to slide faster), statues of large turtles and one of those large disc swings. Such a fun place! I take my boy here when we're in the area.

*This Rating is for the Bark Park dog park inside Snyder Park*…read moreCame here for a Siberian Husky group meet up and was very impressed. I have been to many dog parks in the greater Cincy/Dayton area and this is by far the nicest. The fence is higher than most, which is a bonus to prevent escapees. It was a very clean park with responsible owners. There are stations for poop bags along with trash cans. Placed throughout are giant logs for dogs to play on or owners to sit. There are many benches and nice trees providing shade. There is a water fountain and even a hydrant that mists the dogs with water. If you are looking for a great place to allow your dog to safely play off leash, this is your spot!

Well, first off, I'd have to say don't believe everything you read/hear. Yes, I suppose this park…read more(along with a good bit of the "Field of Springs" itself...) doesn't have the best reputation, but other than its murky, garbage and algae choked waters, its reputation for DANGER after hours, and its general state of "past its prime," it's really a wonderful gem. I drive through here often on my way home from work, and it REALLY is the definition of a "gem in the ROUGH!!" There's TONS of history here, hidden away in the broken down boathouses just BEGGING to be restored to their former glory. There's a few large picnic pavilions, a dog park, a community garden, a busy playground and spray-ground for the kiddies, and so much more. A few years back, they created some "rapids" for kayakers, but it has very sadly been abandoned/not kept up. The park is the setting for a number of 5K races every year (Mr. M&P even "ran" a few...) and it's also the home of the wonderful Springfield Art Museum. Annual events like the Summer Arts Fest and the Food Truck Competition are VERY popular, but this place STILL (IMO...) gets no respect. Take a detour during the sunset hours, bring your pooch to the dog park, your kids to the playground, or just take a walk to clear your head. Give this "old girl" the respect she deserves...!! ENJOY!!
