We have an overwhelming amount of love for LMP especially for Beth and her team- Sheryl, Ryan, and Paul. My dad has instilled how important capturing the major events of your life is ever since I was little so I knew photography/videography was one major thing that we needed to do right. Also because we wanted my dad to enjoy the wedding instead of flittering around with his own camera and forgetting to eat. We reached out to LMP in November 2021 and finalized the Platinum package contract which includes 8 hours of photography, videography with drone (my dad was chuffed), and a photo booth in February 2022 with Ashley. Ashley has been phenomenal guiding us through the process and being incredibly responsive in all our correspondence. We felt like we were in great hands when working with her! Closer to our wedding date, she sent us thorough questionnaires to ensure they had everything correct for the day of the wedding and we also had a short call with our lead photographer Beth as well. The day of the wedding, my friends and I had a small moment to relax and munch on snacks after our make up artists left but as soon as Beth and her team arrived, that's when we hit the ground running. There are a lot of moving parts but the team made every transition so smooth that none of us felt overwhelmed. Beth and her team were so warm and kind that all our nervousness just melted away and we were able to really enjoy the day. You want us to fake laugh? You got it. You want us to debate between fast food chains so we look like we're talking? You got that too. LMP/The Studio is hands down one of our best investments for our wedding and we highly recommend working with them! They are with you nearly entire day of the wedding from start to finish so you want to have a team you can vibe with and make you feel relaxed and happy while they guide you through the big day. We were able to work with the LMP team in August. They were super friendly we had a package through Villa de Amore our wedding venue but added videography and drone to our package. Janine made it so easy and fun. They walked me through the process beforehand and asked if I had any preferences or specific areas/ideas of pictures I wanted. Stay CLEAR of this unprofessional company. I am getting married this summer and LMP photography was a part of an all-inclusive package with my wedding venue. When scheduling my engagement photo session I was given the option to choose the photographers based on my location of the venue and pay a traveling fee(since I don't live in the same county as my wedding venue) or they would send a photographer based on my area out to the location of our engagement photo session. We prompted to do this instead of paying the traveling fee for the Temecula based photographers. Almost immediately starting into our engagement photo session, Corey our photographer began making comments to my fiancé and his appearance. She clearly took interest and showed a bias towards him.I understand, making the client comfortable by hyping them up but this was very much NOT that and inappropriate.One of the comments she made was she asked us if we were legally married( this is an engagement photo shoot) after we both said no her words exactly were "so he just wears a ring because he's cute?". This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I felt that I was unable to say anything to her without making the whole situation, uncomfortable for myself, my fiancé and the Photographer herself . Another situation, she asked us to do a pose, and I said that I was not comfortable doing this pose. She proceeded to ask me over and over and stated that if anything shows implying my dress was too short that she would have to delete it after even multiple times of me saying no. Corey proceeded to ask my fiancé if he would have a problem with the pose after I said no. Another uncomfortable and unprofessional comment. In fear of retaliation I was going to wait to talk to Ashley the manager about my concerns. However,I decided to schedule a call. She did apologize but ultimately stuck up for Corey and said it was because of her "strong personality". I wanted the reassurance that for our wedding we would have a different Photographer. Ashley stated that a different photographer,Cheryl and her son would be photographing our wedding as they are Temecula based photographers. Ashley also made the comment that Cheryl was married, which I'm unsure why that was mentioned? As if it matters if Corey wasn't?She then mentioned that Cheryl was a more calm, personality and very sweet. I was fine with this. Ashley offered a free canvas with our choice of engagement photos, or wedding photos. I thanked her and was waiting for the engagement photos to be sent over. To my surprise a few days later, Kelsea the Director reached out to me with an email stating that they would not be a good fit for our wedding and that they cannot promise who the photographers for our wedding would be. I felt fine after my conversation with Ashley and the email from Kelsea was very uncalled for. The thing I'm confused about is why even pay a traveling fee to have the same photographers for an engagement session and your wedding when they supposedly can't promise who the photographers would be for the wedding? After having a frustrating call with Kelsea. It was clear that they were trying to push me out because I expressed my concern about Corey. She said things like Corey just has a fun personality, which absolutely was not that and said that she also trained all of their photographers so that I wouldn't be happy with any of them.Obviously, after this conversation, I wanted to cancel, but in fear of them retaliating for my engagement photos that I have not seen yet I wasn't going to.Kelsea kept bringing up that I was able to cancel. I told her that I wanted to see the engagement photos first and that I probably would be canceling but was worried how they would turn out if I did agree. Especially because I already paid in full. Kelsea let me know that my photos would be ready in three weeks and to my surprise they were sent to me later that night.I'm unsure if they were truly edited but at this point, I'm just trying to get away from this company. I emailed Kelsea informing her of my concern of receiving the photos so fast when multiple times I was told it was going to take weeks. I also stated that I want to cancel my contract that I had with them. Very quickly she responded with the cancellation agreement. I have never seen where the company was so quick to cancel rather than trying to please the client. I don't think that I was asking for anything but reassurance which I received from the original manager. The company's prices were on the more pricer side and you definitely do not get the quality of service.This company is highly unprofessional. There was no accountability taken for the inappropriate comments or concerns made by a paying client. I am grateful that I learned of their behaviors prior to my wedding and hoping I can help others avoid them as well. I have tried crafting this in my head for the better part of 3 days... and nothing seems quite perfect enough for the gratitude I feel to LMP. The team we were blessed to get: Beth, Nicole, Warren, and Drew were amazing. We had a behavior hiccup with my SIL, and they navigated her behavior with grace and professionalism. When I say they saved my wedding day-- I mean it. They rallied around me, reminded me of my value, and encouraged me to keep the focus where it should be... on marrying my best friend. Without them, I am not sure where I would have been emotionally. Additionally, they handled the multitude of kids we had in our wedding, our anxious and neurotic dog, the heat (oh the heat!), withou ever letting on that it may have been difficult. They made sure I got every shot I wanted... and even ones I forgot about (like the party dancing lol). Moreover, they caught details like hair bands, water bottles, and sunglasses.. and made sure they were not in the shots! When we got our sneak peeks we were blown away... more amazing than I ever imagined. My husband and I are not the most photogenic people/comfortable in front on the camera, but I feel like a model in those images. My only complaint in this review is that we cant give them more stars! To be honest, I booked them without telling my husband first because they were a little out of budget, but I knew once he saw the photos, he would know I made the right decision, and let me tell you, he cannot get over the photos as much as I can. As a bride, you are torn between all the different vendors out there and it is super overwhelming. Leah and Marie Photography was the best decision I have ever made. I had to postpone my wedding due to Covid, and it was the easiest process ever because of Leah and her team. I didn't have to worry about anything and they were completely understanding. They were beyond organized, send you multiple emails so they know exactly what you want as they don't miss anything, and super responsive, even durning the pandemic! The day of the wedding was so much fun having them as a part of my vendor team! I felt like I could talk to Leah for hours. I wanted to invite her to the next family BBQ because that's how enjoyable this team was! I had no idea how big of a role your photographer plays in the whole process of your wedding day, and how much their energy and professionalism (punctuality, organization, communication), will impact your big day. Another person wrote this in their review and I had to also say it as well because it's 100 percent beyond accurate! LMP arrived early, new exactly what they were doing, gave everyone instructions, and it ran more than smooth. Not only that, it was their engery as well. When my fiancé and I booked LMP for our May 1, 2020 wedding, we expected great service, or so it seemed. What the world did not expect was a global pandemic and that LMP would keep our security deposit of $1,280 for a date and services that could not occur due to mandated state shutdown orders. While this review is long overdue, my hands were full during the pandemic as a frontline Registered Nurse. Dealing with an incompetent business was the least of my worries. On March 15, 2020, California issued mandatory shutdown orders for the state. On March 27, 2020, with our remaining balance due on April 1, 2020 (30 days prior to wedding), we sent LMP an email asking about their refund procedures since events of 10 or more people could not be held in the state. It was becoming very clear that our wedding would be forced to be cancelled by state orders as the LMP business was deemed "non-essential"). We requested a full refund of our security deposit. LMP responded via email on March 29, 2020, stating they would NOT be refunding our security deposit, and they would move their service to a new date "if they" were available. Per their contract, if LMP canceled, we would receive a full refund of our security deposit. We retained an attorney and sent a letter on April 1, 2020, as LMP was refusing to make an exception during these unprecedented times. We were not cancelling the contract without cause. We received no response from LMP. We sent another email on June 10, 2020 soliciting a response from them. On June 17, 2020, LMP sent an email about her being a business, but offered no explanation of their lack of response or action to remedy this situation. On June 24, 2020, we received an email from LMP and her attorney offering to apply our security deposit to their other services which had to be used by May 1, 2021 and said offer was good until July 3, 2020. We had absolutely NO interest in working with an entity with no business ethics or human compassion. LMP had zero interest in refunding our deposit without having to provide the contracted services. Every single other service vendor we had retained for our wedding, returned our security deposits without question or hesitation EXCEPT for LMP. That speaks volumes, does it not? BEWARE and proceed with extreme caution if you are considering this vendor. read more

The most candid, intimate moments, captured artfully. The Studio by Leah Marie made the process of working together very easy and it felt like a true collaboration. They were as invested as we were in creating our timeline, ensuring we had time for the photos we wanted, and understanding our wedding photography/videography priorities. I have to give a special shout-out to Corey and her team, they did everything they could to empower and coach us into really just feeling like our best selves. At no point did we feel self-conscious, which is a miracle really because we are the goofiest people alive. I was expecting a stuffy, boring photography session and was thinking we'll just have to grin and bear it. The experience was actually really wonderful and intimate, and I actually felt closer and more connected to my husband than before. Corey was extremely professional, detail-oriented, friendly and helpful. She handled complex family dynamics and my long list of shot requests gracefully. She went above and beyond her scope of duties to even help my girls bustle my dress! She was positive, high energy, and an amazing hype woman, making me feel so confident-exactly the person you want to have around you on your big day! LMP Photography did an absolute amazing job all the way through the process. Ashley, one of the studio managers helped us with picking our package and responded to all our emails quickly. Corey, our lead photographer is THE BEST. She not only is an amazing photographer and captured all our special moments but also was able to hang with our group and handle our family. She took our mood board and totally worked her magic. Our second photographer, Nicole, was also fantastic. The same vibe as Corey and really sweet and a great photographer. We heard about The Studio though our wedding venue, Villa de Amore, and we are SO thankful we did. They were easy to communicate with and kept us updated right from the start. They made sure they knew what shots we wanted ahead of time which allowed everything on the wedding day to run so smoothly! It helps that they are so familiar with the venue as well! Our main photographer, Kali (and her assistant), were both AMAZING. She had such a positive and fun attitude through the entire day which made the whole experience even better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Corey was our main photographer for our engagement photos and day of wedding. My partner and I are two very awkward people and not really good at taking photos, but Corey really helped us with our movements to look more natural. She also took note of our insecurities and captured everything so beautifully. I also just love how the photos are edited. The quality of the photos and the work put into them are phenomenal! We booked photography services through our venue, Villa de Amore. Leah Marie Photography was one of the vendors we could choose from. We upgraded to the extra photo package where they give you a larger selection of the photos from the day. It was worth it. One of the benefits of booking with a bigger company is the service/having a dedicated admin team. With Leah Marie Photography we alsays got exceedingly fast responses to all of our questions and inquiries from 1.5 years out up until the big day. The downside is not knowing who will actually be photographing your wedding until the week of the wedding, but our photographers, Kelsey and Nicole were amazing and made us (two camera shy/non-PDA people) feel comfortable.
