We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. Overall, I would 100% recommend Meghan for anyone looking for someone organized, a good problem solver, and also a kind/down to earth personality. The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends. She made sure our wedding day was flawless and--dare I say-- enjoyable and stress-free! She was assertive, confident, and one of the most genuinely enjoyable people you'll ever meet. From day one, she made us relax and ENJOY the process of planning. She gave us a curated list of wonderful vendors to match our style--in every area, from venue to catering to photographer--everything. We could NOT have imagined an easier planning process nor a more perfect day.     A "Stress-Free" Exceptional Wedding Planning Experience…read more This review is a long overdue post! We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." Rebecca is someone you can trust to get the work done; you will be wowed by what she delivers.

I was an extremely busy and stressed out first year law student during the planning process, and Jacky was wonderful at taking care of things that I just didn't have time to be involved with. She suggested outstanding vendors and helped make the entire process be as smooth and efficient as possible. I certainly thought I could plan my own wedding and have it all come together. What I didn't realize is that I WAS THE BRIDE, I could not keep and eye on anything, be involved in set up, scheduling, late vendors etc. This I did not come to terms with until 2 weeks till my big day, yikes!!! Step in Jacky! Jacky & Event Success came on board late in the game but you would have never known that. Once I hired her she was on top of everything, every little thing that for some reason I had not even thought about! Our wedding was an " all hands on deck" event. My vendors were people I have worked with in the past, my catering was my friend who is a Chef, etc. Jacky immediately contacted all involved and set up a game plan. I was so relieved! I had just not been able to wrap my head around the big picture, timing, set up all the things that a bride doesn't want to worry about. As soon as I hired Jacky I started to relax a little and enjoy this wonderful time. My mom was super excited too, I believe she is now Jacky's #1 fan. Jacky is super personable and very professional. She took charge at our rehearsal and it was maybe the shortest and most efficiant rehearsal ever. The day of the wedding she showed up early @ our getting ready site to make sure things/people were doing well. When we got to the ceremony/reception site she was already there, plugging away, working her magic. When we were done w/ formal photos and before the ceremony started my mom & dad noticed how dirty my train on my dress got, it was BAD!!! My parents were very nervous about this, we thought last resort we would just bustle my dress ahead of time but nope, HERE COMES JACKY TO SAVE THE DAY!!! Within 5 minutes my dressed looked like new, all nerves were calmed, all was well! It was the little things like that that make Event Success & Jacky amazing! She is worth every penny. I thouroughly got to enjoy my day and oh was it amazing. I felt so relieved just knowing that if anything were to happen, I wouldn't even have to know, JACKY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT! And that is what her company is all about. I love her, my family loved her, the wedding party loved her and how could you not! BEST WEDDING DECISION EVER MADE!

She far exceeded the help that we expected. Both times I met with her I only gave her literally one day's notice because I was planning from long distance and rarely in town, and she was able to change her plans to meet with me. She asked me tons of questions about logistics and her expertise and advice was undoubtedly what made the day go so smoothly. For all the help she gave me over email and meeting with me beforehand, I ought to have paid her for some planning as well as day-of services. She also ran the rehearsal and called each and every one of my vendors the week before. (I only know this because I was starting to call them and realized it wasn't necessary because people were telling me, "Oh I just spoke with your planner yesterday!") On the day of, she just took care of directing everything. Occasionally she'd have a couple questions for me (probably because I just left a stack of boxes that had things that needed to be set up) but she just made it all happen. She made everything stick to the timeline and did all the stressing out for me, so all I had to do was worry about getting ready and having the most special, wonderful day possible. We were incredibly lucky to have Nancy's help for our wedding, and I would recommend hiring her to absolutely anyone.

Jubilee was the perfect fit, and I couldn't recommend them enough. I don't think of myself as a traditional wedding kind of person, and I wanted our day to feel very personalized and fun. From the get-go, Kristen was communicative and did an excellent job helping my now-husband and I flesh out our ideas. Julia took over for day-of coordination, and she was just as helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated how strong the communication with Jubilee was; the use of spreadsheets on google drive made it really easy for everyone to know exactly what was going on throughout the process. All of the vendor recommendations they made were excellent as well, and I definitely never felt pressured to go super outside our budget or spend money where it was unnecessary. The decor we used through Jubilee was beautiful and really helped tie everything in and fulfill our vision. On the day of the wedding, Julia was SO helpful and really made the day as seamless and stress-free as possible for me. Which is impressive, because I am 100% a perfectionist with control issues. Jubilee was the perfect pick for our wedding, and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a fun, personalized wedding that truly expresses you as a couple.
